This Resolution concerns a land use right certificate and land use passport. This document shall be issued and registered by the Land Management and Resources Committee. The Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Property Committee shall start the restructuring of agricultural entities into "dehkan"(private) farms following the establishment of the Association of Dehkan farms and in accordance with this Resolution. The Schedule contains a form of a land use certificate and sets out, on the cover of the certificate, duties and rights of land users.

This Regulation concerns the reorganization of (collective) enterprises and transformation of those enterprises in structures that are more apt to raise the motivation of persons involved in enterprises, and regulates various matters relating to reorganization, such as "dehkan" farms. The form of enterprises shall be decided by the members of collective enterprises subject to directives from the State Commission for the reorganization of agricultural enterprises. "Interfarming and innerfarming" objects may be transferred to the proper ministries and departments.

The Government of Tajikistan issues the present Decree with a view to create the necessary conditions for the development of new organizational forms of farming and to increase of the effectiveness of the agricultural production. It allows the establishment of associations of tenants, cooperatives, dehkan farms, and other organizational forms of farming. Profitable sovhozes shall be transformed on kolhozes.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el texto único ordenado de la Ley de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral.

Non-divided lands administered by the General Directorate of Forests and Pastures and distributed according to Law No. 8047 of 1995 on the administration of refused lands shall be transferred to the administration of the communes or municipalities councils. The Regulation sets forth priority criteria for distributing land.

A Decree to provide for ownership, allotment, use, registration of residential land and houses by citizens of Viet Nam and leasehold by foreigners, and in relation to this the assignment of title, the issue of certificates, settlement of disputes and other matters. The State recognises and protects the lawful title to residential houses and lawful right to the use of residential land. All residential houses and land must be registered. The lawful owners are issued the certificate of residential house title and residential land use right.

El presente Decreto dispone que para que se pueda proceder a la adjudicación de terrenos desecados a campesinos o pescadores en los casos a que se refiere la Ley 160 de 1994, es preciso que la desecación se haya producido por retiro de las aguas, ocurrido por causas naturales, y que tal retiro haya sido definitivo e irreversible y que se haya delimitado la franja protectora del respectivo cuerpo de agua.

La presente Resolución reglamenta las adjudicaciones de tierras dentro de la faja de doscientos metros hacia dentro de la costa, en tierra firme, comprendidos dentro de fincas de propiedad del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario.

These provisions aim at implementing the Land Registration Act, particularly as regards the application for the registration of land or the issue of a certificate of title and application for registration of acquistion by prescription. Article 13 concerns appeals against the decisions of the Registrar; article 14 concerns claims for indemnity. Several schedules, containing the models of the forms of the applications and certificates hereby envisaged, are attached.

The Measures are formulated in accordance with the 9th article of the Land Law of Tai Wan, are divided into V Parts: General Provisions (I); Cadastre (II); the Land–use Right (III); Land Tax (IV); and Expropriation (V). The Measures provide for the systematic surveying of the land, the criteria of the land tax and the procedures for the expropriation of the land.

La presente Resolución, que consta de 1 articulo y 4 anexos, aprueba el texto de los siguientes formularios registrales: a) formulario de inmatriculación; b) formulario de inscripción de transferencias de predios inscritos; c) formulario de inscripción de cargas y gravámenes sobre predios inscritos; d) formulario de acumulación, desmembración y parcelación de predios inscritos.

El presente Decreto, que consta de 4 artículos, establece y precisa nueve pruebas complementarias validas por sí mismas a efectos de acreditar el derecho de posesión de predios rurales al amparo del Decreto Legislativo Nº 667, Ley de Registro de predios rurales.
