How to foster the participation of multiple interestsScaling-Up, replication and innovationsThe e-conference was organised by FRAME, ILC, UNDP and CAPRI in April 2005. The online conference further developed themes which emerged from an event in Nairobi earlier in the year which addressed the same issue.
