These Regulations provide rules for proceedings before the Tribunal established under the Tenant (Shops, Hotels and Catering Establishments) Act and prescribe forms of notices relative to tenancy contracts and proceedings before the Tribunal. The Regulations provide that forms used in proceedings before the Tribunal shall be the forms used in subordinate courts from time to time with such modification as may be necessary. They further prescribe forms for proceedings covered by these Regulations including: a notice under section 4 (2) of the Act by a landlord (change of terms of tenancy); a notice under section 4 (3) of the Act by a tenant; a reference to the Tribunal under section 6 (1) or section 12 (4) of the Act; a hearing notice issued by the Tribunal; a prohibition order issued by the Tribunal and an application for referral to the Tribunal of a tenancy dispute.
