This Regional Law regulates relations concerning turnover of agricultural land on the regional territory. Agricultural land shall be used exclusively for agricultural production, planting of protection belts, scientific research and educational purpose related to agriculture. Minimum dimensions of agricultural land plots authorized for transactions shall be four ha and maximum agricultural land plot area that can be owned by a single household or by a single legal person shall be 10 percent of total available agricultural land area at the moment of allotment or purchase of the aforesaid agricultural land plot.
