This Decree-Law, consisting of three Chapters and one Annex, establishes the organization and functioning norms of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Territorial Planning and Housing (MIOTH). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned governmental department, responsible for proposing, coordinating and implementing governmental policies related to infrastructure, in the areas of: public works; construction and real estate; land use planning; cartography; geodesy and cadastre; and housing, defining its tasks and disciplining the general organizational structure as well as their agencies and offices. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Structure (Chap. II); Final provisions (Chap. III). The Annex lists the Organization Chart of the Ministry.
