The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.

AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.

The Regulation establishes the procedure for the constitution of the Local Aboriginal Land Councils, the Regional Aboriginal Land Councils and the New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council. The Regulation is completed by eight Schedules.

Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Regulations.

For the purposes of subsection 29(3) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988, the period of 999 years is prescribed in respect of estates granted in Territory Land all or part of which was, immediately before that grant, the subject of a perpetual lease or a lease for a term of 999 years. The Authority may charge the fee specified in column 3 of an item in the Schedule for the service set out in column 2 of the item.
