The Politics of Benin take place in the framework of a presidential representative democratic republic, wherein the President of Benin is both head of state and head of government, and of a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the legislature. The Judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature. The current political system is derived from the 1990 Constitution of Benin and the subsequent transition to democracy in 1991.

Le présent décret fixe les attributions, l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'Agence Nationale du Domaine et du Foncier (ANDF) prévu par l'article 416 de la loi 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code foncier et domanial en République du Bénin. L'ANDF a pour objet la mise en œuvre de la politique foncière et domaniale de l'Etat.

Le présent décret détermine la procédure d’établissement, de gestion du plan foncier rural et de confirmation des droits fonciers enregistrés au plan foncier rural, en application des dispositions des articles 196 et 200 de la loi 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code foncier et domanial en République du Bénin.
