Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

Le présent arrêté fixe la gestion et l’utilisation des terres en Zone Économique Spéciale (SEZ), définies comme Zone géographique délimitée, sécurisée physiquement, administrée par un seul organe et offrant des conditions favorables à l’investissement portant notamment sur la mise en place d’une réglementation économique plus libérale et plus simplifiée permettant aux entreprises de s’y établir et d’y opérer.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure conservation and rational tenancy of agricultural land and urban land and it establishes requirements for grazing and passage of cattle on the regional territory. Owners of cattle must form their livestock in herds and appoint a herdsman. In case of impossibility to for a herd, the owners must perform grazing personally or, in alternative, to keep cattle indoors. Passage of cattle to the collection points for the formation of herd shall be performed by owners of cattle or by persons appointed thereby.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for listing, keeping and updating of particularly precious agricultural land plots which shall not be used for purposes other than agriculture”.

This Act brings about a comprehensive reform of the law relating to land rights and land planning and management in Scotland.

Le présent décret exonère des droits de conservation foncière, toutes les formalités relatives à l’immatriculation des terres collectives situées en totalité ou en partie dans les périmètres d'irrigation, soumises aux dispositions du dahir n° 1-69-30 du 10 joumada 1389 (25 juillet 1969) relatif aux terres collectives situées dans les périmètres d'irrigation et ce, jusqu'à l’inscription sur les titres fonciers des lots attribués aux ayants droits dans le cadre dudit dahir.

Le présent Accord vise à mettre en place un cadre général et des directives pour la coopération bilatérale entre les deux Parties. Les Parties s'engagent à coopérer dans plusieurs secteurs, entre autre, agriculture; élevage ; foresterie; ‘énergie ; santé ; habitat et Aménagement du Territoire ; Pêche ; et environnement.

El presente Reglamento General para la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, tiene por objeto regular la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de conformidad con los principios, finalidades, lineamientos de la política agraria de tierras y los derechos vinculados a la propiedad de la tierra rural y territorios ancestrales.

These Requirements are designed to facilitate the implementation process of the Systems of conservative agriculture.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Farming shall be considered entrepreneurial activity performed by natural persons in the sphere of production of agricultural commodities, processing and trade thereof, with a view of generating income, on plots of land transferred thereto in ownership, tenancy and lease for farming and production of agricultural commodities, individual peasant farming, in accordance with the provisions of acting legislation”.

La presente Ley deroga la Ley de Viviendas Rurales Sostenibles, que regula el régimen de las viviendas rurales sostenibles que podrán implantarse en todo suelo no sujeto a protección sectorial.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum agricultural land area that can be in ownership or in land tenure with the application of other land rights of citizens performing family farming shall be 2,5 ha”.
