L’article 1er du susdit règlement établit que le plan d’aménagement global «Haff Réimech», constitué par le plan d’occupation des sols joint en annexe qui fait partie intégrante du présent règlement grand-ducal, est déclaré obligatoire. This Decree specifies instructions that apply to farming and horticulture. In the storage and use of animal manure, Annex 1 must be complied with, in addition to what is laid down in sections 4-6. Annex 3 also makes recommendations on procedures related to the use of animal manure. Instructions concern storage of animal manure, application of animal manure on land amounts of fertilizer to be used, location of sheds and outdoor yards for animals, and analysis of nitrogen analysis. Farmers must keep a record of the amount of nitrogen fertilizers used on their fields and of crop yields.

Ministerial Decree approving the code of good agricultural practice

Article 4 of Directive 91/676/EEC requires Member States to establish a code or codes of good agricultural practice with the aim of providing for all waters a general level of protection against pollution. The present Decree, in implementation of such provision, lays down the code of good agricultural practice. This code takes into account solely the matters connected with the use of nitrogen in agriculture. The Regions shall elaborate special programmes on farmers’ training and education with a view to promoting the effective implementation of the code.

Agricultural Settlements Candidates Regulations (Legal Procedures), 1954.

This Regulation, composed of 11 sections, makes provisions for the regulation of legal and administrative procedures regarding agricultural settlements in Israel. Section (1) establishes that any prosecution in front of a committee, as listed in section 4(a) to the Law, shall be presented via the Central Prosecutions Service that shall be appointed by the Minister of Agriculture. Sections (2) and (3) list prosecutions presenting procedures. Sections (4)-(6) regard answering and clarification sitting date establishing procedures.

Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act: Establishment of a Soil Conservation Scheme (G.N.R. No. 1047 of 1984).

This Notice, made by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture under section 8 of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, establishes a Soil Conservation Scheme. establishes a Flood Relief Scheme. The objects of the Scheme shall be to promote the construction of certain soil conservation works with a view to conserve the production potential of agricultural land and to combat soil erosion.

Tarpum Bay Commoners Rules (Cap. 152).

These Rules, made under section 11 of the Commonage Act, concern commoners in the Tarpum Bay district. The Rules: allow a commoner to take up abandoned land of another commoner for cultivation; set limits for the proximity of cultivation on land bordering land of another commoner; provide rules for the setting fire to fields and provide for arbitration in case of damage; place restrictions on the sale of land by commoners; require a commoner not to fell more land than he or she is able to cultivate within a year; and secure free access to water resources by commoners.

President of the Supreme Soviet and President of the Council of Ministers decree that provisional certificates of ownership, possession and tenancy of land till the issuing of state acts if the decision of the local Council of People’s Deputies of the allotment of land. State Statistical Committee and State Committee on Land Reform must ensure monthly reporting on the allotment of land for the organization of peasant farms and quarterly reporting on the allotment of land for gardening and subsidiary small-holding.

Ordinance on the conversion of lease into property within agricultural enterprises.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conversion of lease into property in agricultural enterprises. Article 1 establishes the necessary conditions for such a conversion and in particular that the lease will have lasted for not less than six years. The text consists of 4 articles.
