O Centro de Estudos, Articulação e Referência sobre Assentamentos Humanos – CEARAH Periferia – é uma organização não governamental sem fins lucrativos, criada em 1991, que atua principalmente em Fortaleza e Região Metropolitana (CE-Brasil).
