This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 34 articles, establishes maximum levels of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil when entering sewage from treatment plants, compost or mud from dredging lakes and limits of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil, methods of inputting data on hazardous substances and fertilizers in the soil.

The maximum limits for dangerous substances serve as the basis for assessing the condition of soil and groundwater and for planning measures necessary to improve the condition of soil and groundwater. For the purposes of this Regulation, the maximum limits for dangerous substances are expressed as reference values and target values for these substances. The reference values for dangeroussubstances in soil are expressed in micrograms per dry mass of soil.

This Decree issues the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution and specifies the responsibilities of the Minister of Regional Municipalities, Environment and Water Resources.The Law is composed of 3 Chapters divided into 43 articles: Definitions and general provisions (I); Rules and principles to ensure safety of the Omani Environment (II); Penalties (III).The attached Appendixes list animals and birds of protected species of the first and second category.Chapter II provides rules to prevent environmental pollution.

This Act lays down the principles and the framework of institutions, information systems and proceedings in connection to national implementation of agricultural, rural development and fishery subsidies to be granted from European (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and European Fisheries Fund) and from national financial resources.

This Act makes provision for flood and coastal erosion risk management in England and Wales. It requires national and local strategies for this purpose to be developed for England and for Wales and The Environment Agency must report to the Minister about flood and coastal erosion risk management. It shall also establish a Regional Flood and Coastal Committee for each region it has identified for purposes of management. The Minister may amend selected legislation for purposes of giving effect to this Act.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development. It shall promote the conservation of the natural environment and landscape beauty of Norfolk Island and to ensure, so far as is practicable, that physical works and other activities are in harmony with the natural environment. The Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning Board. The Board shall consider applications for authorization of activities for which approval is required under this Act.

This Decree implements articles 6, 7, 15 and 65 of the Soil Protection Act by providing rules for the use of fertilizers of animal origin and other organic fertilizing substances such as sludge. It places restrictions on use of such substances to protect the soil and water resources.

This Act provides special rules relative to the integrated approach for the improvement of the quality of areas that are particularly problematic as regards town and country planning, nature, forest resources, recreation, water and the environment in general (concentration areas). A reconstruction shall take place in concentration areas in accordance with this Act.

The present sub-national Agreement between the Free State of Bavaria and the Free State of Thuringia lays down provisions relating to the establishment of common associations, such as, for example, water and soil associations. Article 4 establishes that for water and soil associations the Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 applies and the law of the Land where the association is set up. The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of the Canton Aargau of 1 December 2011. Article 1 establishes that compensation for special ecological services shall be based on agreements with whole entities or on individual measures. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Management agreement (2); Measures for the protection of drinking water resources, water or soil (3); Execution (4); Legal aid (5); Final provisions (6).

This Act concerns the exploration, ownership and exploitation of geothermal resources, i.e. any product derived from and produced within the earth by natural heat. All unextracted geothermal resources under or in any land, if not vested by law in any other person, shall be vested in the Government. The Minister may declare geothermal resources areas. Exploration for geothermal resources requires an authorization from the Minister whereas exploitation requires a geothermal resources licence to be issued by the Minister.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ben Tre province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; control of environmental pollution; reasonably exploit natural resources paying special importance to preserving biodiversity in mangrove forests and coastal tidal banks; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; poverty reduction and hunger elimination; and urban planning.
