This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 34 articles, establishes maximum levels of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil when entering sewage from treatment plants, compost or mud from dredging lakes and limits of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil, methods of inputting data on hazardous substances and fertilizers in the soil.

The maximum limits for dangerous substances serve as the basis for assessing the condition of soil and groundwater and for planning measures necessary to improve the condition of soil and groundwater. For the purposes of this Regulation, the maximum limits for dangerous substances are expressed as reference values and target values for these substances. The reference values for dangeroussubstances in soil are expressed in micrograms per dry mass of soil.

This Act makes provision for flood and coastal erosion risk management in England and Wales. It requires national and local strategies for this purpose to be developed for England and for Wales and The Environment Agency must report to the Minister about flood and coastal erosion risk management. It shall also establish a Regional Flood and Coastal Committee for each region it has identified for purposes of management. The Minister may amend selected legislation for purposes of giving effect to this Act.

This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development. It shall promote the conservation of the natural environment and landscape beauty of Norfolk Island and to ensure, so far as is practicable, that physical works and other activities are in harmony with the natural environment. The Act establishes the Norfolk Island Planning Board. The Board shall consider applications for authorization of activities for which approval is required under this Act.

This Act concerns the exploration, ownership and exploitation of geothermal resources, i.e. any product derived from and produced within the earth by natural heat. All unextracted geothermal resources under or in any land, if not vested by law in any other person, shall be vested in the Government. The Minister may declare geothermal resources areas. Exploration for geothermal resources requires an authorization from the Minister whereas exploitation requires a geothermal resources licence to be issued by the Minister.
