With the purpose of aligning the Cypriot legislative framework with Council Directive 91/676/EEC, the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 7(2)(a) and (b) of the Water Pollution Control Laws of 2002-2009, is hereby issuing this Order, with which, the area of Orounda (Ορούντα), as shown on the map attached herewith, shall be established as a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone affected by nitrate pollution deriving from agricultural sources.

This Decree contains rules for the discharge of water related to agricultural activities in surface waters and provides directions for the use of pesticides. The Decree is based on, among other things, articles 6.2, 6.6 en 6.7 van de Water Act. Chapter 6 of the Water Act applies also to agricultural activities involving the use of pesticides and biocides. This Decree places restrictions on the discharge of wastewater and provides general principles and rules for such discharge.

This Regulation is made for purposes of article 15, comma 8 of the Decree Discharge Open Cultivation and Livestock Breeding. It prescribes the methods for determination of spray caps used in specified systems for the spraying of pesticides as spray caps with a low-pressure output.

Le présent arrêté ministériel porte certaines dispositions d'exécution relatives aux techniques de mesure de l'azote potentiellement lessivable et au «survey surfaces agricoles» en application du chapitre IV de la partie réglementaire du Code de l'Eau. L’article 2 établit que les échantillons de sol sont prélevés et conditionnés par un laboratoire agréé ou par l'administration. Dans tous les cas, une personne mandatée par l'administration de l'agriculture peut assister à l'échantillonnage aux fins de vérification de la procédure.

Le présent règlement grand-ducal modifie certains articles du règlement grand-ducal modifié du 24 novembre 2000 concernant l’utilisation de fertilisants azotés dans l’agriculture.

The present Guidelines establish the granting of subsidies for the protection of waters against hazardous substances in order to restore, maintain and improve the quality of waters and reduce suspect contaminated areas. These Regulations amend the Contaminated Land (Wales) Regulations, 2006 in: regulation 3(b) (pollution of controlled waters) so as take account of protected areas under Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy; regulation 3 (c) to take account of the updated definition of “controlled waters” in section 78A(9) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990; regulation 11 (modification of a remediation notice) so as to limit the application of that regulation to appeals commenced prior to 6 April 20

El presente Decreto expide el Texto Unificado de la Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente, en lo referente al Libro VI: Calidad ambiental, Título IV: Reglamento para la Prevención y Control de la Contaminación Ambiental, que tiene como objetivo determinar los límites permisibles para las descargas en cuerpos de aguas o sistemas de alcantarillado, emisiones al aire incluyendo ruido, vibraciones y otras formas de energía, vertidos, aplicación o disposición de líquidos, sólidos o combinación, en el suelo; y establecer los criterios de calidad de un recurso y criterios u objetivos

El presente Decreto expide el Texto Unificado de la Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente. El Texto Unificado está compuesto de nueve libros, con diversos títulos y, algunos, con sus respectivos anexos.

The scope of this Law shall be to protect public interests with a view of ensuring territorial integrity, national, economic and energetic security, social protection of the population, environmental protection, rational management of natural resources and conservation of historical and cultural heritage.

This Decree amends the Decree on the monitoring of requirements for good agricultural practice and environmental conditions and prescribing operational requirements relating to the environment and the scope of cross compliance in article 8 on the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. The article concerns control of the quality and contents of sewage sludge (including presence of heavy metals) used as fertilizer and its effect on the environment.

The present Law implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act (BGBl. I p. 2081, p. 2102) and the Land Use Planning Law of 28 April 1998 of Sachsen-Anhalt. The Law lays down provisions relating to the regional development plan of Sachsen-Anhalt. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to maintain the perfect functioning of the ecosystem in the populated and unpopulated area of the Land. In all parts of Sachsen-Anhalt balanced economic, infrastructural, social, environmental and cultural conditions shall be ensured. The text consists of 7 Parts.
