The present Act lays down provisions relating to the cultural heritage in the province of New Brunswick. The Act strengthen the province’s ability to conserve heritage sites and objects by establishing the Crown as legal owner of heritage objects, and prohibiting the alteration of heritage sites.

This Law provides for land use and development planning in Guernsey and control over development. Its purposes are to protect and enhance, and to facilitate the sustainable development of, the physical environment of Guernsey, to protect natural beauty to preserve and promote biological diversity. A Strategic Land Planning Group shall be appointed from various state offices and shall Strategic Land Planning Group be involved in the preparation or amendment of the Strategic Land Use Plan.

This Act provides rules for physical planning in Kenya, establishes Physical Planning Liaison Committees, provides for the appointment of the Director of Physical Planning, requires regional and local authorities to adopt Physical Development Plans in accordance with this Act and provides for control of development and subdivision of land.The Director shall, among other things: (a) formulate development policies, guidelines and strategies; (b) advise the Commissioner of Lands on matters concerning alienation of land under the Government Lands Act and the Trust Land Act; and (c) advise the C

L’article 1er établit qu’elle a pour but de contribuer à la création d’un cadre favorable à l’épanouissement de la vie individuelle, familiale, économique et sociale. Elle tend à assurer notamment: a) l’aménagement rationnel du territoire et l’utilisation judicieuse du sol; b) le développement harmonieux du canton, des régions et des localités; c) la sauvegarde des sites et des bâtiments dignes d’intérêt; d) l'utilisation rationnelle de l’énergie; e) la sécurité, la salubrité et l’esthétique des constructions.

This Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law. For these provisions agricultural land means land that is suitable for agricultural production, other than building land and water and land for other purposes. The agricultural land includes all land abandoned, not designated as forest under the Forest Act.

This Act, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down provisions concerning establishment, duties, responsibilities, rights and liabilities of the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund was set up with the purpose of managing and disposing of farmland, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund implements the Slovene farmland policy and with due prudence manages the trading with this land.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction activities. In particular, the purpose of the Law is to use economically the soil according to the accepted principles of land use planning and to ensure and promote sound land use planning. Furthermore, all activities shall be carried out with a view to sustainable development.

La présente loi met en exécution la Loi fédérale sur l'aménagement du territoire du 22 juin 1979. L’aménagement du territoire a pour but l’utilisation judicieuse du sol et l’occupation rationnelle du territoire en fonction du développement souhaité du Canton; il assure la coordination des activités qui ont des effets sur l’organisation du territoire et la répartition équitable du sol entre les divers utilisateurs.

This Act sets regulations on public and private fences to delimit property boundaries. The Act applies to the use of fence for delimitation of land and sets regulation on the type of fences permitted, make thereof (metal, electric, bush), agreed size of fences, their maintenance etc. The establishment of fences must be paid by both parties and should be in style of the building/construction belonging to it. Changes may occurr subject to pre-agreement on size and costs.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation.
