South East Asian Journal of Contemporary Business, Economics and Law (SEAJBEL), an open-access journal, is peer-reviewed and published in April, August and December annually. The journal accepts contributions in English only. SEAJBEL is providing scholars the best in theory, research, and methodology as well as providing platform to professionals and academics to share their ideas, knowledge and findings particularly in the region of South East Asia.
Bangladesh is characterized by very high population growth and scarcity of land. Land availability as well as its sustainable management has important bearings on overall development in general, food security, business development and human habitation in particular. The rapid increase of population is continuously reducing the land-man ratio of the country. The rate of land transfer and land conversion is also very high in Bangladesh.
Roles and Functions of Uganda Land Commission
The 1995 Constitution Art.239 lays out the functions of ULC as to hold and manage any land in Uganda vested in or acquired by Government of Uganda in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and such other functions as may be prescribed by Parliament.

The Afghanistan Legal Education Project (ALEP) was founded in 2007 as a student-driven initiative under Stanford Law School’s Rule of Law Program. Since then, ALEP has published eight textbooks about Afghan law for Afghan audiences, and has an additional four forthcoming.
