Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that land of the Canton, districts and communities, as well as church property shall be recorded in the land register. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals with the following aspects: obligatory registration, proceedings, settlement of disputes, restriction of property, fees.

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Ordinance on spatial information of 24 June 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for services rendered in the sphere of geo-data information.

This Act concerns proceedings of the Supreme Court of Judicature to ascertain the boundaries of land held under any title or of any national land in case that there is any doubt as to the extent, identity, or boundaries of such land. Proceedings under this Act may be commenced or defended by any person (except those as specified in this Act) interested in any land which is or may be affected by the proceedings. Where national land is or may be so affected, whether directly or indirectly, proceedings may be taken by or against the Crown in accordance with the Crown Proceedings Act.

This Act provides for the registration of title in land in the Bermudas. It establishes the Land Title Registry Office and defines the general powers of registrar. This Act does not affect the law of property in Bermuda as it applies to estates, interests or dealings in land that are not registered or required to be registered under this Act. The registrar shall establish and maintain the land title register and the cautions register. The cautions register shall include an individual register for each caution against the first registration of title to an unregistered estate.

The purpose of the present Regulation is to apply a land survey to all municipalities in the Canton. Moreover, landowners are required to tolerate such a survey on their land. The present Law lays down provisions relating to the official land survey in the Canton Ticino. In particular, article 1 establishes that the survey aimed at the introduction and maintenance of the Land Register recognized by the Confederation shall be considered as the official land survey in the Canton Ticino.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as, for example, specific tasks of competent executive authorities.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on spatial information of 29 June 2011. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Spatial Information Office is responsible for the enforcement in the Canton Thurgau of the afore-mentioned Law.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees for spatial information. Article 1 establishes that the purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate fees for the obtaining of spatial information and products of the official survey. as well as their personal and professional use. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fees (II); Supply and transport costs (III); Flat rates (IV); Fee exemption (V); Fee collection and distribution (VI); Final provisions (VII).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the official land survey in the Canton Thurgau. Article 2 establishes that the Spatial Information Office shall supervise the official land survey and issue necessary technical and administrative provisions. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Marking of borders (II); Inspection, support and authorization (III); Geographical names (IV); Tracing and maintenance (V); Further provisions (VI); Final provisions (VII).

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007 and the related Ordinances. The purpose of the present Law is to provide authorities both at a national and cantonal level, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way. Furthermore, this data shall be of good quality and at reasonable costs.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to all issuing of extracts and elaboration of data on official land survey on behalf of competent authorities.
