The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to all issuing of extracts and elaboration of data on official land survey on behalf of competent authorities. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Dissemination of data, control (II); Tariffs (III); Collection of fees (IV); Final provisions (V).
