La presente Resolución modifica el texto único de procedimientos administrativos (TUPA) del Proyecto Especial Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT), en lo relacionado con los pedidos directos de información.

The President decrees that the plots of land and the property connected with them must be considered real estate. The real estate contracts are regulated by Civil Code in accordance with Land, Forestry, Environmental, other specific Legislative Acts and this Decree. Physical And juridical persons, that own plots of land, have the right to sell, to bequeath, to give as a gift, to mortgage, to lease, to exchange and to render them as a share to the-joint stock companies. Each landowner is provided with land certificate that must be registered into land cadastre.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley que crea el Registro Nacional y la Ley del catastro nacional, en aspectos relacionados con la creación del Registro Inmobiliario.

This Decree sets forth the modalities of state registration of rights of natural and legal persons related to land plots and perennial plants, and also mortgage contracts and other ownership rights to land plots. It shall not be applicable to subsoil. Right of ownership, origin thereof, transfer, restriction, termination of rights and transactions therewith shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Body performing state registration shall be responsible for issuance of state registration certificate.

A Land Survey Board is established under section 3. The Board shall be chaired by a Director of Surveys, the duties and functions of which are set out in section 11.Responsibilities of the Board are set out in section 5. The Director of Surveys shall be the custodian of the Survey Register in which surveys shall be entered (sect. 14). Other provisions of this Act concern qualification and registration of land surveyors and the practising of their profession.

La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, por cuanto corresponde denominarlos Valores Arancelarios de Terrenos Rústicos a nivel nacional, que son expresados en nuevos soles por unidad de superficie, para cada una de las regiones geográficas y dentro de éstas a nivel de departamentos, provincias y distritos.

The present Ordinance enacts the Survey and Cadastre Law of 12 May 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to powers conferred to competent authorities. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Powers of the Land Survey Office Schleswig-Holstein (1); Powers of Cadastre Offices (2); Buildings (3); Notes on evidence from other public bodies (4); Data transfer and access procedures (5); Authorizing of access to data and granting of extracts (6);Fees and compensation (7); Entry into force (8).

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento que tiene por objeto la correcta regulación de la Ley que establece el marco jurídico para el ordenamiento y la titulación de los bienes inmuebles cuya propiedad recaiga en instituciones de derecho público, empresas públicas y municipalidades y que estén siendo ocupados por personas físicas en carácter de precaristas.

La presente Resolución tene por bjeto regular las condiciones de prestación de los servicios que ofrece la Oficina Virtual del Catastro (OVC) directamente al usuario, así como los prestados a través de los Puntos de Información Catastral (PIC) instalados en las Administraciones, entidades y corporaciones públicas autorizadas.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the organization and administration of the Cantonal Land Register. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Running of cadastre (2); Electronic cadastre (3); Introduction of the Federal Cadastre (4); Partial rights (5); Certificate of competence (6); Final provisions (7).

This Regional Law delimits plenary powers between regional state bodies. Regional Legislative Assembly shall have the following competence: (a) law-making and enforcement of legislation in the sphere of land relations; (b) establishment of cases of allotment of land plots free of charge to citizens, grounds for refusal of such allotment and minimum and maximum dimensions of land area destined for such allotment; and (c) establishment of the modalities for transfer of land to the category of protected areas.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Decreto Legislativo que establece un régimen especial y facultativo a promover la facilitación y seguridad jurídica del arrendamiento de inmuebles destinados para vivienda y la inversión en la construcción de inmuebles destinados al arrendamiento para vivienda. El Reglamento se aplica a los contratos de arrendamiento de inmuebles destinados para vivienda.
