La presente Resolución modifica la que crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, con el objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de la tierra y mejorar la calidad de vida de los campesinos, y la que adopta la Guía Metodológica para la Formalización Masiva de la Propiedad Rural por Barrido Predial, como herramienta orientadora y de consulta para los agentes que participan directa o indirectamente en la ejecución de las etapas de los proyectos de formalización masiva, con el fin de optimizar los recursos públicos y las actividades realizadas por el Programa Nacional de Forma

These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the Regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Land Surveyors Board. The Board shall hear and determine such dispute, and its decision shall be final.

Le présent décret crée, conformément à l’article 452 de la loi n° 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code Foncier et Domanial en République du Bénin, le cadastre pour la gestion de l'ensemble des documents administratifs et techniques décrivant la propriété foncière.

La présente loi supprime les dispositions des articles 16, 501 de la loi n° 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code foncier et domanial en République du Benin.

These Rules amend the Registered Land Rules in the Fifth Schedule. The Fifth Schedule prescribes fees in relation to (the application for) services required or carried out under the principal Regulations.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Fertilizers Act. In particular the amended art.3a defines requirements for secondary source of nutrients and compost, amended art 4 provides details on the register of certified fertilizers and register of mutually recognized fertilizers, and supplemented art. 5a regulates registration of fertilizers marketed in another Member State of the European Union.

This Act provides with respect to a system of charge, lien or assignments on agricultural goods and warehouse receipts for credit, and for supervision and the registration and certification of warehouses and for these and other purposes establishes the Warehouse Licensing Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall: (a) certify warehouses; (b) approve negotiable warehouse receipt books; and (c) perform any other function incidental or conducive to the carrying out of its functions under this Act or any other law.

This Act requires the amounts specified in Schedule 1 to payable as stamp duties in respect of the matters stated respectively in relation to them. An instrument relating to the creation or transfer of an estate or interest in land, submitted to the Commissioner for assessment of the chargeable stamp duty, shall be accompanied with a statement in the form set out in the Schedule 2. (2) The statement shall be signed by the grantee, transferee or by a person authorised in writing to do so by the grantee or transferee.

Toute transaction immobilière d’un immeuble ne peut faire l'objet de transaction par parcelles qu'après un lotissement approuve conformément à la règlementation en vigueur. Toute personne privée désirant entreprendre une transaction immobilière saisit le service départemental du cadastre territorialement compétent d'une demande de bornage de la parcelle concernée.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Principles (2); Official survey (3); Organization (4); Modification and repeal (5). One Annex is enclosed.
