Le présent décret définit les modalités de création et de délimitation des délégations communales et de fixer les règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement des délégations et des antennes communales, en application des dispositions des articles 133 et 136 de la loi n° 11-10 du 20 Rajab 1432 correspondant au 22 juin 2011, relative à la commune, notamment ses articles 133 à 138.Par ailleurs, il fixe les règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement de ces entités territoriales (délégations communales et antennes communales).

This Act amends section 28 of the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016, which in its turn amends section 42 of the Planning and Development Act 2000. The amendments concern environmental impact assessment for the planning of residential housing.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of precious agricultural land plots to other land categories shall be authorized if the aforesaid agricultural land plots are destined for location of federal, regional and municipal structures in accordance with land-use planning documentation”.

These Regulations amend the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010. Regulation 3 is substituted and an new regulation (3A) inserted. Regulation 3 prescribes the form of a compulsory acquisition notice, a prescribed statement and information for purposes of section 134 of the Planning Act 2008. Regulation 3A requires the Secretary of State to review the operation and effect of regulation 3 (and the associated forms) in the 2010 Regulations.

The purpose of these Regulations is to standardize and guarantee the formulation and implementation of spatial planning, coordinate various spatial plans and establish a unified spatial planning system. The Regulations is divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Spatial Planning Development (II); Spatial Planning Implementation (III); Spatial Planning Modification (IV); Supervision and Responsibility (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).Space planning is a comprehensive, basic and restrictive planning.

This Act brings about a comprehensive reform of the law relating to land rights and land planning and management in Scotland.

This Decree, consisting of 14 articles, regulates item V of the caput of art. 17 of Law 8,629 of 25 February 1993, providing for the settlement credits within the agrarian reform programme. It is incumbent upon the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform - INCRA to grant the concession of the settlement credits provided for in this Decree. The concession of the settlement credits will be issued by a federal financial institution contracted by INCRA for this purpose, with no bidding.

This Order amends the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 by substituting a new schedule 3 to take account of the restructuring of Government Departments as a consequence of the Departments Act 2016 and the Departments (Transfer of Functions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016. This reflects the consequent revised roles and responsibilities of planning authorities and statutory consultees in the development management process of the planning system. This Act reforms environmental law with special emphasis on planning. It seeks to modernise, harmonise and simplify current rules on land use planning, environmental protection, nature conservation, construction of buildings, protection of cultural heritage, water management, urban and rural redevelopment, development of major public and private works and mining and earth removal and integrate these rules into one legal framework. Sustainable development is the key objective of the Act.

Le présent décret fixe les règles d’administration de la Zone économique spéciale intégrée par la Haute Autorité, créée par la loi n° 2007-13 du 19 février 2007 portant création et fixant les règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement de la Zone économique spéciale intégrée. Il prévoit que la Haute Autorité est le principal interlocuteur des promoteurs et des entreprises installées dans la zone et consiste un guichet unique et le centre de services pour l’accomplissement des formalités d’enregistrement, d’agrément et d’exploitation des activités.
