Ce document a pour objet la Lettre de Politique sectorielle de Développement de la Gouvernance locale, du Développement et de l’Aménagement du Territoire.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions implementing land use planning regulations for the common area of Berlin-Brandenburg. The specific purpose of the Ordinance is to ensure the compatibility of land use planning with the requirements of a sustainable development keeping future generations in mind. Projects of land use planning shall be dealt with by the competent authority within 6 months.

This Decree consisting of 14 articles aims at determining the mandatory assets to be followed in order to assess the potential environmental effects of any proposed policy, plan, program, study, investment or organization affecting a Lebanese area or sector of activity in order to ensure that these projects are suitable for public health and safety, environmental protection and sustainability of natural resources.

The Act, consisting of 25 sections, makes provisions to stipulate restrictions on the alienation of lands in Sri Lanka to foreigners, foreign companies and certain institutions with foreign shareholding; to specify the circumstances where the exemptions are granted; to impose a Land Lease Tax for leasing lands to foreigners, foreign companies and certain institutions with foreign shareholding; for the granting of concessions to certain Development Projects.

These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections, establish the requirements and conditions to request and benefit from an authorisation to entry to the Titi Islands and other islands adjacent to Stewart Island mentioned in the deed of cession of Stewart Island dated 29 June 1864. Beneficiaries are Rakiura Maori who hold a succession order from the Maori Land Court entitling him/her to any beneficial interest in any beneficial island. In particular, it deals with the birding season establishing a period commencing on 1 April in any year and ending with 31 May in the same year.

The Parties have agreed to exchange experience and knowledge in territorial (land-use) planning in residential urban areas. Cooperation shall regard some cities in the Northern and Central parts of Venezuela and some suburban areas of Caracas.

These Measures, consisting of 20 Articles, aim to strengthen land management and regulation, strictly implement the land use control, and effectively protect arable land.The Measures provide for the requirements, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the preparation, issuance, implementation, supervision and assessment of the annual plans for land use.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

These Measures, consisting of 13 Articles, aim to strengthen land management, implement the overall land use plans, control total amount of land for construction and effectively protect farmland.The Measures provide for the requirements, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the preparation, approval, issuance, implementation, and supervision of the annual plans for land use.

The Act provides the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables used as profit yielding land arising from public interest and the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables arising from national security reasons. For the purposes of the Act, public interest is, in particular, development of the management for specific purposes and sustainable management of immovables used as profit yielding land which contain agricultural and forest land.
