This Act, consisting of 25 sections, establishes the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Board as a statutory body which shall have the power to acquire, possess, and transfer both movable and immovable property. The general management and administration of the Board shall be entrusted to the Board of Directors.

The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Water Resources Act of 31 July 2009. In particular, the Act amends article 71 dealing with expropriation procedures; article 71a on Premature possession is adds; article 78 on Building provisions for inondation areas; the following articles are added: Other protection measures for inondation areas (art. 78a); Areas at risk outside inondation areas (art. 78b); Heating oil consumer installations in inondation areas and outside (78c); Flood generations areas (78d); Right of first refusal (99a).
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Bavaria. In particular, the aim of the Law is to develop and secure the whole territory of Bavaria with a view to town and country planning thus creating and conserving healthy living and working conditions. This Act amends the Village Fono Act 1990, which provides for the recognition and protection of Village Fono and administration by Village Fono. The objectives of the Act and powers of the Village Fono are redefined and new definitions inserted (e.g. “freehold land”, “government land” and “leasehold land”. Section 9 is repealed and replaces.

The provisions of this Act shall apply only to land, interests in land, or dealings in land, registered under this Act. This Act sets forth organization, administration, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Land Registry and registrars. A Registrar of Lands shall be appointed by the Public Service Commission to manage the Land Registry in accordance with this Act. The Land Registry includes a register in respect of every parcel which has been adjudicated in accordance with the Land Adjudication Act and a register in respect of each lease required by this Act to be registered.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings.
