Le présent décret crée la Zone économique spéciale intégrée de Diass" ou "ZESID", en application de l’article 5, alinéa 3 de la loi n° 2017-06 portant sur les zones économiques spéciales (ZES) et définit ses limites. La Zone économique spéciale intégrée de Diass est conçue pour favoriser l’émergence d’un environnement d’excellence pour l’entreprise, incluant une fiscalité incitative, des infrastructures de qualité, une régulation, une administration et une gestion opérationnelle répondant aux meilleurs standards internationaux.

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of land assets in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecturerationally develop, utilize and manage land assets and protect land resources.

These Regulations set out the written representations procedure that may be used for deciding whether to authorise the compulsory purchase of land in England and Wales. They apply only when the acquiring or confirming authority is a Minister of the Crown. The procedure may only be used for compulsory purchase orders that are subject to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 and not subject to special parliamentary procedure. When there are objections to authorising compulsory purchase, the written representations procedure may be used as an alternative to holding an inquiry or hearing.

Section 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning of urban territory shall be aimed at ensuring environmental security, sanitary, epidemiological and technical safety of urban areas, improvement of the state of natural environment, historical and cultural heritage, conservation of natural ecosystems, prevention of ecological and technological disasters and protection of public health”.
