Article 1 of the present Act establishes, that, in particular, forestry and agriculture shall benefit from soil improvement measures. Soil improvement shall be carried out with a view to land use planning, as well as to protect nature, landscape, cultural heritage, waters and the environment in general. Le présent arrêté porte création de la commission urbaine et de la commission régionale de l'autorisation de bâtir.

Le présent décret sur l'urbanisme prévoit l'établissement de plans d'aménagement locaux et particuliers, de plans régionaux et d'un plan général d'aménagement.

La présente loi institue le code de l’urbanisme et de la construction. Les structures centrales et décentralisées chargées de l’urbanisme et de la construction sont les suivantes: le ministère en charge de l’urbanisme et de la construction; la région et la commune et la structure de contrôle. Il est créé les structures consultatives suivantes: le Conseil national de l’urbanisme et de la construction; la Commission régionale de l’urbanisme et de la construction; la Commission communale de l’urbanisme et de la construction.

This Act provides rules for the survey of land in Botswana and makes provision for the appointment of the Director of Surveys and Lands, for the establishment of the Land Surveyors' Board and for the recognition of land surveyors and the control of their activities. The Act consists of 47 sections divided into 8 Parts.The Director of Surveys and Lands shall supervise and control the survey and charting of land for purposes of registration in the Deeds Registry and carry out other tasks imposed on him or her under this Act. The Land Surveyors' Board shall examine potential land surveyors.

This Act provides for the establishment of Municipal corporations as legal entities with powers to forge partnerships between the Municipal Corporation, residents, businesses and industries for the effective development and governance of Bhutan's urban communities. The Act consists of 9 Parts divided into 126 sections, and of 1 Schedule.In particular, Part III deals with specific functions of the Municipal Corporation including land budgeting, drinking water supply, drainage and sewerage, land development schemes, cadastral surveys, land subdivision, etc. (sect. 49).

The purpose of this Act is to preserve the environment in Svalbard and in particular to protect wilderness, landscape elements, flora, fauna and cultural heritage. The Act shall apply to the entire land area of Svalbard and its waters within the territorial limit. The Act consists of 103 sections divided into 10 Chapters.The Act defines the environmental protection authorities for Svalbard. Protected areas may be established for the protection of habitats, ecosystems, the wilderness or area of natural or historical value.
