This Regional Law establishes the modalities of transfer of land from one category to another, the modalities of land tenure, rational management and monitoring of land, application of public servitude, land expropriation, establishment of protected areas and land classification. Allotment of land free of charge to categories of citizens that have such right shall be performed by decision of the Regional Government.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, management conservation and protection of protected areas of regional and local significance with a view of conservation of typical and unique natural complexes and objects and biosphere reserves.

This Order amends various provisions and Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 in relation with changes the classes of development which are permitted and in relation with specified construction works. Development is not permitted in a conservation area, national scenic area, a historic garden or designed landscape, a National Park or a World Heritage Site.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of preparation of draft land-use planning scheme related to the whole regional territory by the authorized state institution in the sphere of territorial planning.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, protection, conservation and management of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique and typical natural complexes and objects, wild fauna and wild flora, and ecological education of the population. Land areas that are integral part of protected area s under management by state and municipal environmental institutions shall not be subject to privatization. Regional protected areas can be instituted either with or without land expropriation from landowners, landlords, land tenants and lessees.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by, among other things: inserting a new regulation 16A to introduce an additional fixed charge for applications for planning permission requiring an environmental statement; removing fees for listed building consents, conservation area consents and demolition within an area of village or townscape character; making changes to the fee structure and fee maxima for wind turbines and wind farms.

En el marco de la política de desarrollo integral de la Provincia de Neuquén, la presente Ley establece los principios rectores para la preservación, conservación, defensa y mejoramiento del ambiente en todo el territorio provicnial, para lograr y mantener una óptima calidad de vida de sus habitantes.

La loi n° 86-2 du 3 janvier 1986 relative à l’aménagement, la protection et la mise en valeur du littoral (dite « loi littoral ») prévoit que le secrétariat général du Conseil national de la mer et des littoraux (CNML) est assuré par le délégué interministériel au développement durable, conjointement avec le délégué interministériel à l’aménagement du territoire et à l’attractivité régionale et le secrétaire général à la mer.

El presente Decreto oficializa, para efectos de aplicación obligatoria, la Política Nacional de Vivienda y Asentamientos Humanos 2013-2030 (PNVAH) 2013-2030 y su Plan de Acción, que se ejecutará de conformidad con los principios de universalidad, integralidad, transparencia, solidaridad y participación social, así como con los enfoques de: derechos humanos, desarrollo sostenible, igualdad y equidad de género y gestión del riesgo.

This Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of typical and (or) rare natural landscapes and biotopes under protection of the owners of land plots and (or) waterbodies, forms of certificates of the aforesaid landscapes and biotopes and conservation pledge agreement, and terms and conditions of the issuance thereof. Identification of typical and (or) rare natural landscapes and biotopes shall be performed by specialized and authorized legal person in the process of performing scientific research or monitoring of vegetation.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular las vías pecuarias de la Comunitat Valenciana, con la finalidad de conservar y consolidar, proteger y recuperar el patrimonio pecuario para disponer de una red de caminos para el uso pecuario y medioambiental de las generaciones presentes y futuras, de manera que se articule a la vez una malla de corredores naturales por todo el territorio de la Comunitat Valenciana.

El presente Ley modifica la Ley de Espacios Naturales Protegidos de Aragón, incorporando las nuevas figuras de protección de ámbito internacional, tales como las reguladas por la UNESCO, y trasponiendo igualmente el acervo comunitario, en especial lo referente a la Red Natura 2000, a la conservación de las aves silvestres, y a la conservación de los hábitats naturales y de la fauna y flora silvestres.
