It provides for the implementation of water and soil conservation target responsibility system and responsibility lifelong accountability system. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure protection of Kristiansten Fortress, in Trondheim. This permanent protection scheme shall enable the keeping of the Fortress’ parts (external and internal) and its related land intact. This will ensure the protection of the historical and cultural heritage values of the Fortress from 1681 until today. Article 1, section 2 indicates a map of Kristiansten Fortress' buildings, walls, foundations, and other parts.

This Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of setting up and management of the system of protected areas of the Imereti caves, related to management of land area, forests, water and other natural resources, including historical and cultural heritage. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure setting up of protected area, regulation of the management mechanism thereof and conservation of unique natural ecosystem. It classifies categorization of the caves, gives mapping and location of different caves.

These Regulations, made under the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008, concern control of public launch sites as defined by these Regulations. Such sites shall be listed by authority and shall be managed by a management body appointed for such purposes. A management authority in its management plan or integrated management plan shall identify public launch sites within a protected area including those sites which share adjacent common boundaries with a terrestrial protected area.
