La Ley consta de 4 libros, 292 artículos, 9 disposiciones finales, 15 transitorias y 1 derogatoria. These rules form part of the privatization programme of State-owned lands and aim to restore (at least partially) landownership as it was before nationalization. Rules regarding land redistribution commissions (in Article 4(1) of Law No. IL of 1992, on certain questions pertaining to investment compensation coupons in arable landownership) are to be applied in accordance with the rules of this Law.

El comisariado ejidal es el órgano encargado de la ejecución de los acuerdos de la asamblea, así como de la representación y gestión administrativa del ejido (art. 32). Como órgano de participación de la comunidad podrá constituirse en cada ejido una junta de pobladores, integrada por los ejidatarios y avecindados del núcleo de población, la que podrá hacer propuestas sobre cuestiones relacionadas con el poblado, sus servicios públicos y los trabajos comunitarios del asentamiento humano (art. 41).

El Estatuto de Autonomía de Castilla-La Mancha reconoce a la Junta de Comunidades competencia exclusiva en materia de agricultura y ganadería. Más concretamente, las atribuciones legislativas de la Junta se extienden a los espacios naturales protegidos, al régimen de las zonas de montaña, al aprovechamiento de los recursos forestales y a la conservación de los suelos agrícolas y forestales.

This Decree-Law seeks to reprivatize land expropriated in the areas subject to past agrarian reform and assigned to small farmers or cooperatives for cropping. With due regard to the agricultural land redistribution policy, the Decree-Law grants the same categories of beneficiaries full ownership of that land provided that they have farmed it effectively and rationally for a period of not less than 7 years from the date it was allocated to them.

La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Territorial General de Cataluña de conformidad con la Ley Nº 23/1983, de 21 de noviembre, de Política Territorial, que crea instrumentos flexibles de planeamiento y establece los objetivos y los criterios para la elaboración del plan territorial general.

Le présent décret, ayant pour but de protéger l'environnement contre la pollution due à la production et à l'utilisation d'engrais, règle une matière visée à l'article 107 quater de la Constitution. D'abord, sont définis certains termes comme "terre", "terre arable", "bétail", "entreprise", "engrais", "engrais animal", "bilan nutritif", "producteur", "transporteur", etc. L'article 3 établit que le producteur doit fournir chaque année à la "Mestbank" des éléments énumérés dans l'article 3.

This Act consists of 32 articles divided into the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Principles and Aims (II); Rights and Obligations (III); Planning, Utilisation and Control (IV); Spatial Layout Plan (V); Authority and Development (VI); Transitional Provision (VII); Closing Provisions (VIII).Spatial layout is "the structural manifestation and the utilisation pattern of the space, both planned and unplanned" (art. 1, point 2.).

For the purpose of implementing the land tax system set out by Decree No. 50/PM of 1993, additional explanations are given with respect to: (a) the new system of tax collection; and (b) the calculation of land taxes on the basis of the location and of the use of the land. Part III sets out the types of land which may benefit from tax exemption and the procedure to be followed by the applicant. Final provisions establish tasks to be undertaken by the provincial finance departments in order to favour the uniform implementation of the new land tax system.

The present guides have been given for the purpose of implementing the new land tax system set out by Decree No. 50/PM of 1993. The calculation of the tax is based on the classification of the different uses of land: (a) land for construction; (b) agricultural land; (c) farmland; (d) land for "rai". The guides specify also on the types of land for construction and agricultural land which may benefit from tax exemption. Further provisions regulate the collection of data, the calculation of the amount to be paid and the modalities of payment.

This Law is composed of 22 articles: management of public land is to be entrusted to the Director-General of Land Department (art. 3); competencies of Public Land Committees (art. 5); recommendations for land tenure and rent will be promulgated by the High Committe (art. 6); public land lease is to be authorized by the Minister of Finance (art. 7); leasing priorities: agriculture and housing (art. 8); the implementing regulations will be promulgated by the Cabinet (art. 19); Laws Nos. 14 of 1972 on forest reclamation and No. 9 of 1968 are now abrogated (art. 20).
