La presente Resolución aprueba la Norma para determinar los valores unitarios oficiales de terrenos urbanos a nivel nacional, que actualiza los criterios para determinar los referidos valores unitarios.

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 provides for the application of the provisions of the Desert Land Law No. 143 of 1981 and the Law of Auctions and Tenders No. 89 in 1998 to regulate the seizure of the State-owned lands. Articles 2 and 3 deal with requirements, conditions, procedures, steps and documents for the seizure of agricultural, desert, reclaimed lands of the State-owned lands. Article 4 provides for the establishment of specialized committees in the concerned authorities to implement the provisions of this Resolution.

This Act amends the Public Lands and Resources Act by; giving definitions of “Adjoining lands”, “Land-fill”, "Lands reclaimed from marine areas below the ordinary high water mark" or "reclaimed lands", "Marine areas below the ordinary high water mark" and "Ordinary high water mark"; and inserts a new section (105) for purposes of confirming ownership of newly constituted lands by the owners of adjoining lands.

The purpose of Land Legislation of the RSFSR is to regulate land relations with the object of providing for the rational use and protection of land, setting up conditions for equal development of various forms of economic activity on land, re-production of soil fertility, conservation and improvement of environment and safeguarding of the rights of landownership of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations. The document consists of XV Sections that contain 127 Articles. Sections I, III, IV are sub-divided into Chapters. Section I contains 8 Chapters.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta el subsidio para la compra de tierras establecido en la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007, que se otorgará por una sola vez a los hombres y mujeres campesinos y a los trabajadores agrarios, en relación a la forma de pago del subsidio para el proyecto productivo.

La presente Resolución define el área de amortiguamiento para los predios colindantes con la zona marino costera dentro de las áreas declaradas de regularización y titulación masiva de tierras por el Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras (PRONAT).

This Act principally makes provision for the making and registration of deeds regarding land and other real rights, for rights in land such as lease and servitude and for the transfer of land.The Act consists of 88 section divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Registration (III); Registration of land (IV); Bonds (V); Rights in immovable property (VI); General (VII).There shall exist registries of deeds as set out in section 3. The Minister shall appoint a Chief Registrar of Deeds and may appoint other registrars of deeds pursuant to section 4.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of drawing up and issuance of certificate attesting rights to the plots of land for natural and legal persons. In case of concession of a plot of land in ownership or use entitling documents shall be: (a) official act on the right of ownership of a plot of land; (b) official act on open-ended land tenure of a plot of land; (c) provisional land tenure certificate or lease contract; and (d) land ownership certificate.

Constitution of Nepal

This Act concerns evidence in judicial proceedings in all courts other than primary courts. It also concerns evidence in proceedings regarding lease and burden of proof regarding ownership. The Act also defines relevant facts where the existence of any right or custom is in question and in general concerns evidence of existence of custom or a traditional right.

This Act provides for the recovery of private and public property from public officers that acquired such property by illegal practices making use of their office. "Property" for purposes of this Act includes land.

La presente Ley establece las reglas que gobiernan la extinción de dominio, que es la pérdida de este derecho a favor del Estado, sin contra prestación ni compensación de naturaleza alguna para su titular.
