This Regional Law establishes plenary powers of the regional Legislative Assembly, Governor, Regional Government and authorized regional state executive body in the sphere of land relations. It also establishes maximum agricultural land area (150 ha) and minimum agricultural land area (0, 5 ha) of public and municipal land that can be allotted in ownership for farming. The aforesaid plots of land can be allotted once-only.

The price of land within and outside settlements of the Kaluga Region in the process of selling the plots of land pertaining to state and municipal property to the owners of edifices, constructions and works situated on them is fixed tenfold of land charges for a unit of area of a plot of land. In the process of selling a plot of land there must be applied correction factor to the price of the plot of land taking into account main use of edifices, constructions and works situated on it in accordance with the legislation currently in force.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba la modificación de la ficha catastral para la ejecución de los nuevos proyectos, para los proyectos licitados y no ejecutados, y para los proyectos en ejecución del Programa Nacional de Administración de Tierras.

The purpose of this Law is the establishment of market oriented conditions in the agricultural sector based on private ownership. Land transfer and the use of land as guarantee for land-based credit should promote the efficient operation of new businesses. This Law basically regulates the use of arable land and aims to create landed properties suitable for competitive agricultural production, avoiding to burden land with the effects of excessive subdivision.

The present Act regulates the: a) construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance and use of buildings and facilities with the aim to promote the design and development quality in the communities; b) orderly and soil-saving development of the country. The text consists of 103 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planning rights (II); Building rights (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Legal protection (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).

The Act is divided into six Parts as follows: Preamble (1); Ownership (2), divided into the following chapters: General rules (I), State ownership (II), Cooperative ownership (III), Private ownership (IV), Special rules concerning acquisition of land; Use of Land (3), divided into the following chapters: Joint use with a farmers' agricultural cooperative (VII), Indemnification in case of certain rights of use of public interest. Part 4 deals with the exchange of land (X), Land/estate reallocation (XI).

The purpose of this Agreement is to: a) record the Agreement of the parties for Canada to act on its intention to recommend to Parliament that the Kanesatake Mohawk Lands be reserved as lands reserved for the Mohawks of Kanesatake within the meaning of section 91(24) of the Constitution Act, 1867; b) provide for the exercise of jurisdiction by Kanesatake over the use and regulation of Kanesatake Mohawk Lands for the benefit and use of the Mohawks of Kanesatake; and c) establish the principles by which Kanesatake will strive to develop Kanesatake Mohawk Lands adjacent to lands within the nei

La presente Ley establece las normas de extinción de dominio sobre los bienes adquiridos en forma ilícita. Se entiende por extinción del dominio la pérdida de este derecho en favor del Estado, sin contraprestación ni compensación de naturaleza alguna para su titular. De las causales. Por sentencia judicial se declarará la extinción del derecho de dominio de los bienes provenientes directa o indirectamente del ejercicio de actividades ilícitas.

La présente loi porte modification des dispositions de l'article 3 du Décret- Loi n° 1/13 du 24 Novembre 1986 portant fixation des droits d’enregistrement en matière foncière, en fixant au 3 % le taux du droit prportionnel perçu par le Trésor public à l'occasion de toute mutation de propriété immobilière enregistrée.

This Act concerns the fencing of land. "Fence" means a fence separating the adjoining pieces of land of different owners and includes: (a) any gate, grid track, other than a grid on a main road as defined in the Roads Act, or stile and any other means of passage over or through the fence concerned; and (b) any ditch, hedge, railings or wall used as a fence. Part II of this Act prescribes that each magistrates court shall be a fencing court for the province in which it is situated prescribes the procedures of court proceedings.
