This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

The purpose of this Act is to manage national land efficiently and to contribute to the protection of property rights of people by correcting descriptions registered in official cadastral records, but inconsistent with the actual conditions of land and by converting such cadastral records embodied in paper into digital cadastral records. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Execution of cadastral resurvey project (II); Cadastral Resurvey Committees (III); Supplementary provisions (IV); Penal provisions (V).

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de de propiedad, que tiene por objeto desarrollar los principios, objetivos y disposiciones previstas en la Ley a efecto de facilitar su aplicación y alcanzar su cumplimiento.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels, pertaining to public or municipal property, in ownership free of charge, and also maximum land parcel areas authorized for transfer in ownership to citizens. Public and municipal land parcels can be transferred in ownership to citizens once-only for the following purposes: (a) gardening and horticulture; (b) farming; and (c) individual housing construction.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto promover a efectos administrativos la titularidad compartida de las explotaciones agrarias entre los cónyuges o personas ligadas con una relación de análoga afectividad, inscritas en algún registro público, con los derechos y las obligaciones derivados del régimen de modernización de las explotaciones agrarias y otras normas del sistema de la Política Agraria Común en su aplicación en España y a efectos de extender los beneficios en la cotización a la Seguridad Social previstos a las mujeres que ostenten dicha cotitularidad.

La presente Ley introduce normas interpretativas referentes al artículo 2º de la Ley Nº 18.062 en tema de titularidad de inmuebles rurales y explotaciones agropecuarias por intermedio de sociedades anónimas u otras personas jurídicas.

La presente Ley reconoce los derechos posesorios y regula la titulación de predios en las zonas costeras y el territorio insular, con el fin de regular la adecuada utilización de la tierra de conformidad con su uso potencial y los programas nacionales de desarrollo, y garantizar su aprovechamiento óptimo.

The Supreme Soviet decrees to carry into force Law No. 4196-1 of 1992 "On the right of Russian nationals to transfer into private property and for sale of the plots of land for subsidiary smallholding, truck farming, gardening and personal housing". The Supreme Soviet decrees that until the Legislation of the Russian Federation is conformed to this Law it be applied only to the extent that it doesn't contradict it.

This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Aboriginal land Act 1991. The Regulation is divided into 8 Parts (56 regulations) and is completed by 5 Schedules. Part 2 provides for the incorporation of claims for Aboriginal land, Part 3 deals with land trusts and Parts 4 and 5 specify, respectively, the powers of the Supreme Court on matters related to Aboriginal land and the decision making process for the granting of Aboriginal land.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley que tiene como objetivo su correcta aplicación para la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a actividades de producción primaria agropecuaria, para que se incluya la definición de Áreas de conservación y protección, que son todas aquellas partes o secciones de terrenos de un bien inmueble de uso agropecuario primario con límites definidos dedicados a la protección de los acuíferos, la protección ambiental, la regeneración natural del bosque o donde se han sembrado árboles con fines de protección.

La presente Resolución dispone la reestructuración de las Comisiones de Asuntos Agrarios, con la finalidad de lograr la participación de los responsables directos de la aplicación del Sistema de control estatal sobre la tierra.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Namibian Council for Professional Land Surveyors, Technical Surveyors and Survey Technicians and for the registration of practitioners by the Registrar of the Council and regulates their qualification, professional conduct and practice.
