The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Ordinance on spatial information of 24 June 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for services rendered in the sphere of geo-data information.

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance of 26 June 2010 and the Federal Official Survey Ordinance of 18 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official land survey in the Canton Schwyz.

The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Spatial Information Act of 2 May 2010 and the Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance of 14 August 2012. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for access and use of geo-data of the Canton as well as the use of geo-services. The text consists of of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fees for access and use of geo-data and geo-services (2); Fees for administration and tracking of official land survey (3); Final provisions (4).

The present Regulations are made under the Planning and Development Act 200.

These Regulations prescribe forms of application for obtaining land surveyors' licences and regulate the practice and conduct of licensed land surveyors.The Regulations further regulate the disciplinary proceedings of the Land Surveyors Board and prescribe fees for registration, annual licences, examinations and other purposes under the Licensed Land Surveyors Act.

These Regulations specify, in the Schedule, the qualifications that shall be the appropriate qualifications for the purposes of section 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Land Surveyors Act. That section provides that no person shall be granted a commission under the Act unless that person holds: (i) the Diploma in Land Surveying of the University of Mauritius; or (ii) such other qualifications as may be prescribed.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to land plots of pertaining to condominiums (common property of the members of condominiums). Land plot shall be established and legalized as property for each separate condominium. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula for land area based on the number of apartments in a given condominium.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.

This Order establishes data freely available by the Minister of Environment to public administrations, businesses and individuals with regard to Survey and Cadastre surveying and mapping of land, as well as to payment thereof.
