La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du 23 septembre 2011 sur le registre foncier (ORF) et l’ordonnance du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle (OMO). L’article 1er établit que l’ordonnance règle, entre autres: a) le modèle de données pour le registre foncier; b) le modèle de données pour l’échange des données entre le registre foncier et la mensuration officielle; c) l’interface permettant le prélèvement et l’échange des données du registre foncier.

The present Regulation is made under the Surveyors Act. In particular the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors. The principal object of the Association is to regulate the practice of professional land surveying and to govern its members and holders of certificates of authorization in accordance with the afore-mentioned Act and the present Regulations serve and protect the public interest. The Regulation includes the code of ethics and the standards of practice, which must be adhered to by all members of the Association.

The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Access (B); Use (C); Fees (D); Organization (E); Transitional provisions (F).

These Regulations set out the form of an application under section 7(3) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. Such application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule. Section 7 stipulates that any interested person may apply for the assignment of a Parcel Identification Number (PIN) in respect of any plot of land or unit to be assigned by the Chief Surveyor.

The present Regulation implements the Oil and Gas Activities Act. Sections 24 and 25 of the present Regulations address the requirement to survey pipelines and well sites, related to oil and gas activity, within specified time frames. Section 26 provides a mechanism to apply for an extension to the time frames stated in sections 24 and 25. The present Regulations enact the Mineral Resources Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to mineral resources in the Province of Nova Scotia. For the purpose of the present Regulations “base map” means the National Topographic Series maps on a scale of 1:50 000 made by Natural Resources Canada. In particular, section 4 establishes that the base maps must be used as the basis for establishing claim reference maps to determine the boundaries of claims, licences, leases and non-mineral registrations.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. If the afore-mentioned Law does not contain the relevant provisions, the Spatial Information Ordinance of 27 June 2012 shall be applied. The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of the underground. Article 2 establishes that the underground cadastre includes buildings and facilities, inter alia, concerning water supply, gas, electricity and heat supply, effluent waste water, transport of fuels.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. Article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Surveying Agency is the authority responsible for the official land survey in the Canton Zurich. The article lists also the tasks that shall be carried out by the afore-mentioned Agency, such as authorizing survey contracts, regulating data description.

The present Decree enforces the Great Council Ordinance of 5 July on the introduction of a Land Register. Article 1 establishes that the Canton levies fees relating to entries in the Land Register.
