This Law, consisting of 5 Chapters, establishes principles, baselines, objectives, strategies and goals for State Policy on Climate Change. This Policy aims at the following principles: implementation of public policies; prevention and precaution, implementation of measures to fight the greenhouse effect; polluter pays principle, conservation of environment, guaranteeing that nature heritage keeps environmental quality standards; etc. This Policy is divided as follows: Principles, concepts and baslines (Chap. The Act provides the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables used as profit yielding land arising from public interest and the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables arising from national security reasons. For the purposes of the Act, public interest is, in particular, development of the management for specific purposes and sustainable management of immovables used as profit yielding land which contain agricultural and forest land.

These Measures are formulated to implement the Grassland Law of the People’s Republic of China in the Tibet Autonomous Region.

The Article 8, 34 and 175 of the Land Law are canceled. Article 172 is amended as: The land value tax shall be levied on the landowner. In the case of any land subject to dien, the said tax shall be paid by the dien-holder. The Article 34-1 is also amended. For the disposal of ownership, or changes of, or setting encumbrance of superficies, agricultural right, servitude of real property, or dien over co-owned land or constructional improvements, the consent of more than half of the Co-owners whose holding of ownership is more than half of the total share shall be required.

The Regulution determines terms for calculating a surface area of plot of land attributed as part of essential part of another plot of land.

The regulation establishes privatization prices for state-owned agricultural land according to categories (broken down for each municipality of Georgia); and annual use fee for the state-owned agricultural land that may not be privatized (broken down into the following categories: pasture land, and pasture land in Akhmeta and Dedoplistskaro municipalities) (2 annexes).

These Regulations provide for the prevention of land desertification, the transformation of desertified land and the protection of the safety of the environment.The Law consists of 6 Chapters divided into 44 articles: General provisions (I); Planning on desert prevention and transformation (II); Prevention of land desertification (III); Transformation of desertified land (IV); Legal responsibilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).Desert prevention and land transformation may be conducted by owners' land use right of state-owned lands and contractors of rural collective-owned lands.

Nairobi River Basin is a complex of several parallel rivers that flow through the City of Nairobi and empty into a larger river and flow to the Indian Ocean. The rivers are polluted with garbage, industrial liquid effluence, agro-chemicals, petro-chemicals among others. These Regulations provide for the prevention of land desertification, the transformation of desertified land and the protection of the safety of the environment in Liaoning province. The Regulations consist of 37 articles.The provincial administrative department in charge of forestry o shall work out the planning of desert prevention and transformation of the whole country.
