Ley Nº 29.071 - Crea el Bono de Formalización Inmobiliaria (BFI).

La presente Ley crea el Bono de Formalización Inmobiliaria (BFI), que consiste en la ayuda económica directa no reembolsable, otorgada por el Estado con criterio de utilidad pública, que se destinará exclusivamente para formalizar en el Registro de Predios de la Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos (SUNARP), la declaratoria de edificación existente y su independización como unidad inmobiliaria.

This Act provides for the survey of soil and land and the demarcation of land with boundary marks. It also defines the powers of Survey Officers authorized to carry out land or soil survey.The Act prohibits registered holders of any land in the State to transfer or dispose of any land without presenting a survey map along with the title deeds for registration prepared by licensed surveyors.

This Act concerns the creation and administration of strata lots and phased development of such lots. The proprietor of land upon which a building is or is to be constructed may apply to the Registrar, in the manner provided by or under this Law and prescribed under the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision), for the registration of the horizontal or vertical subdivisions (strata lots) in accordance with a strata plan, which shall accompany the application.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land survey and spatial information in the Land Hessen. Article 1 establishes that the official survey and spatial information system is part of the national infrastructure for spatial development safeguarding ownership of land. The present Law lays down provisions relating to the official land survey in the Canton Ticino. In particular, article 1 establishes that the survey aimed at the introduction and maintenance of the Land Register recognized by the Confederation shall be considered as the official land survey in the Canton Ticino.

This Act applies only to and in relation to surveys of the boundaries of, or for the purpose of the establishment, re-establishment or determination of titles to, land, and other surveys authorized by the Surveyor General (sect. 3). The Head of the Division of Surveys of the Department responsible for land matters is the Surveyor General, and is charged with the administration of this Act. The Papua and New Guinea Surveyors Board is established under section 6.

This Act provides for the control and coordination of land surveying and the carrying out of public surveys.“Survey” is defined in section 2. There shall be a Central Plan Office in the Office of the Surveyor General (sect. 3). A liaison officer shall be appointed in each public office under section 4. The Surveyor General may connect proposed surveys to existing surveys pursuant to section 6. For the purposes of this Act, there shall be established and maintained in the Central Plan Office a register, to be called the Central Plan Register (sect. 8).

This Chapter provides for the registration of titles in land, defines effect of registration and regulates various other matters relative to registration of title and ownership of real property such as the examination of title. The Director of Land Management shall be ex officio registrar of titles and may designate one or more employees of the Department of Land Management as deputy registrars of titles (sect. 2). This Regional Law regulates relations concerning protection of land under reindeer pastures for the following purposes: (a) prevention of land degradation, pollution, littering, disturbance of soil and vegetation cover and other negative impact; (b) land rehabilitation; (c) setting up mechanism of land registration and assessment of the state of land; and (d) application of ecological norms for optimal land tenure. Land protection arrangements related to reindeer pastures shall include prevention of negative impact and prohibition of unauthorized movement of track-type vehicles.

This Regional Law shall regulate the following aspects of land relations: (a) land as natural object and natural resource; (b) land plots; and (c) parts of land plots. Land plots shall be classified as divisible and indivisible. In case of land transactions and in case of land division shall be prohibited apportionment of land area of less than 300 square metres for individual housing construction and less than 500 square metres for subsidiary small-holding (farming).
