Part 1 of the Rules makes provisions about the form and arrangement of the register to be kept under the Land Registration Act 2002. Part 2 makes provision about the indices to be kept under the Act. Part 3 makes provisions about applications to the registrar and objections to them; Part 4 deals with applications for first registration of land. Part 5 of the Rules makes provisions about cautions against first registration. Part 6 makes further provisions about applications to the registrar, dispositions of registered land, and the making of miscellaneous entries in the register.

Order No. 391 of the State Committee on Land Resources validating the Methodical Instructions on carrying out the state expertise of land survey documentation.

The Methodical Instructions establish the organizational basics and requirements for the organization and carrying out the state expertise of land survey documentation and registration in the aforesaid sphere. All land survey documentation regarding also land valuation, data of the state land cadastre, elaborated at the national, regional and local levels by the subjects of entrepreneurial activity shall be subject to the state expertise.

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Works, Housing and Communications under section 56 of the Condominium Property Act 2001, implement provisions of the Act concerning, among other things, to: registration of condominium plans; subdivision and consolidation of units; the cancellation of condominium plans; and execution and verification of instruments under the Act in accordance with the Registration of Titles Act. The Regulations also prescribe forms for purposes of the Act.

These Regulations amend the Deeds Registries Regulations with respect to a wide variety of matters, including: the requirement of an extending clause for a deed of title to land for which no form is prescribed, or for which a form is prescribed wherein provision is made for the inclusion of an extending clause in conformity with these Regulations; particulars that shall be furnished in a deed where land is described; other formal requirements for a deed; and fees and tariffs.

This Decree establishes the modalities of demarcation, restoration and determination of the boundaries of land plots and legalization thereof. It shall be compulsory for land tenants, landowners, lessees and organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out land survey practices. The establishment of lands plot boundaries shall be compulsory preliminary condition for land allotment.

This Decree establishes the modalities of valuation of the plots of land recorded in the state land cadastre and access to information therein. The register of land prices is an integral part of the state land cadastre and contains data regarding the price of the plots of land fixed at the moment of transaction.
