La présente loi fixe des dispositions dérogatoires concernant les procédures de changement de vocation des terres agricoles et de déclassement des terrains relevant du domaine forestier de l’Etat ainsi que de l’aménagement, des lotissements, des permis de bâtir et de l’urbanisation des terrains situés à l’extérieur des zones couvertes par des plans d’aménagement et urbanisables.

Le présent décret, en application des dispositions de l’article 74 de la loi n° 034-2009/ AN du 16 juin 2009 portant foncier rural, détermine les règles de la constatation de la non mise en valeur des terres rurales acquises à des fins d’exploitation à but lucratif et fixe les taux et modalités de perception de la taxe de non mise en valeur desdites terres.La taxe de non mise en valeur des terres rurales acquises à des fins d’exploitation à but lucratif est annuelle et obtenue en appliquant au prix de cession ou à défaut, à la valeur vénale, un taux de 20%.

This Act concerns spatial and development planning at a national and local level. It prescribes procedures for the preparation and adoption of planning instruments and concerns various matters relating to planning and development such as compensation and the acquisition and appropriation of land for planning purposes.

The present Decision implements the Law on land use planning and building regulations (Building Law) of 19 January 1993. In particular, the present Decisions lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 6 articles.

These Regulations implement, in relation to town and country planning in England, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances in relation to inclusion of objectives in land-use policies of preventing major accidents and limiting the consequences of such accidents.

La présente loi modifie et complète les dispositions de divers articles du Code de l'aménagement du territoire et de l'urbanisme, relatifs, entre autres, à la procedure de délimitation des zones nécéssitant d'un plan d'aménagement urbain, à la modification totale ou partielle d'un lotissement approuvé et aux plans d'aménagement de détail.

This Act establishes a system of integrated coastal and estuarine management in South Africa.

The purpose of this Law, which consists of 8 articles, is to prohibit any changes in land use of farms and gardens outside the limit of cities. The Act states that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development shall decrease urban development to the farms and gardens surrounding the cities and minimize changes in land use of farms and gardens inside urban areas.

This Act defines the requirement to carry out environmental impact assessment of qualifying plan or programmes and implements in part Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment.

These Regulations concern matters of miscellaneous nature relative to the granting of development consent by the Infrastructure Planning Commission for certain types of nationally significant infrastructure projects. The Regulations provide with respect to, among other things: consents or authorizations that the Commission must seek; the duration of a development consent order; and steps that might need to be taken in a case where there is a notice of unauthorized development and relevant application of provisions of the Public Health Act 1936.

This Ministerial Resolution Law is composed of 15 articles. Article 1 prohibits the establishment of buildings, facilities or the division of lands outside boundaries of urban cordons approved for villages and cities, with the exception of projects for agricultural production and livestock, as well as agricultural lands on which built private houses or facilities.
