This Act indicates courts having jurisdiction subject to section 167 of the Land Act and section 62 of the Village Land Act, 1999. Thos sections prescribe that every dispute or complaint concerning land shall be instituted in the court having jurisdiction to determine land disputes in a given area.

Cette loi porte création, organisation et fonctionnement du fonds commun de développement des districts, villes et ville de Kigali, ayant pour objet de financer les projets de développement, répartir entre les districts, villes et ville de Kigali les fonds alloués à ces projets et assurer la péréquation entre ces entités.

This Act amends Sisal Industry Act, 1997, the Tea Act, 1997, the Courts (Land Disputes Settlements) Act, 2002 and the Tanzania Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 2003. The Sisal Industry Act, 1997 is amended in the Schedule regarding the membership of the Tanzania Sisal Board. The Tea Act, 1997 is amended in Schedule regarding the membership of the Tea Board of Tanzania.

This Act imposes an estate duty upon the estates of deceased persons.

This Act concerns the making, revocation and effect of wills.

La présente loi fixe le régime national de la normalisation et de la certification des produits, biens et services à Madagascar. Cette loi instaure des redevances pour la vente de normes, pour les procédures et travaux de normalisation et de certification dont le montant, les modalités de perception, d'attribution et d'utilisation seront fixées par voie réglementaire.

L'article 4 de la présente loi établit: "L’Etat assure le respect des droits de propriété individuelle ou collective.

Cette ordonnance porte réglementation du bail emphytéotique. Il fixe les limites de sa durée, les conditions du contrat et les droits et obligations du preneurs.

This Act provides rules relative to the exploration for and the exploitation of oil resources in Uganda. The Act also imposes certain duties on licence holders with respect to the protection of the environment and in case of emergencies.

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of and certification and rectification of titles respecting land. It also provides rules relative to lease of land and other matters regarding land such as mortgage and legal actions regarding land and the bringing of land under this Act. Certificates of title shall be in one of the forms in the Third Schedule to this Act.
