This Act provides for the formation and registration of agricultural land owners associations and defines their functions and powers. It empowers the Minister to establish and maintain a registry of agricultural land and to regulate the management of registered agricultural lands. When necessary, drains and ditches may be constructed and have to be maintained. (25 sections)

This Act concerns the planning of the development and use of lands in the urban and rural areas. It contains provisions on regional planning (Part I), municipal planning (Part II), local, protected area and protected road plans (Part IV), development certificates (Part VII), expropriation (Part IX) and on enforcement (Part XI).

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Orphaned children and children legally free shall have the right of allotment on condition of ownership free of charge of public land for individual housing construction in rural areas, gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding”.

This Law amends and supplements articles 4 and 29 of law 9244 of 2004 with regard to the inspection tasks and rules of procedure and new monetary values of penalties issued in case of law infringements.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease contract for lease of agricultural land plots pertaining to public or municipal property shall be concluded for the period from three to 49 years except for cases envisaged by the Federal Law “On turnover of agricultural land” “.

This Regional Law shall have the following purposes: (a) specific purposeful and rational use of land for transhumance; (b) conservation and improvement of feeding of natural pastures; (c) prevention of soil erosion and degradation; (d) conservation and reproduction of natural landscapes; and (e) conservation of national cultural heritage. Land for transhumance shall be classified as follows: (a) arable land; (b) pastures; and (c) haymaking areas.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of land reclamation originating in the process of realization of land reclamation arrangements, establishes plenary powers of state bodies, local government, natural and legal persons operating in the aforesaid sphere. The scope of land reclamation activity shall be to raise fertility and productivity of agricultural land. Land reclamation shall be classified as follows: (a) hydroamelioration; (b) agro-forestry amelioration; (c) land clearing amelioration; and (d) chemical amelioration.

This Act aims at financing the acquisition by the Government of land estates for division and resale to small landholders, as well as the purchase of the landholding by the agricultural lessee from the landowner, there is hereby established a body corporate to be known as the "Land Bank of the Philippines", which shall have its principal place of business in Manila. The legal existence of the Bank is extended for a period of fifty years from the expiration of its original term on 08 August 2013, renewable for another fifty years.

This Act continues the Samoa Trust Estates Corporation. The functions of the Corporation shall include: (a) to control, manage, and develop as trustee for and on behalf of the people of Samoa: (i) the assets of the Corporation vested in it; and (ii) any other assets that the Corporation may have acquired or may acquire, whether real or personal, and (b) to ensure the efficient and prudent agricultural, horticultural, pastoral, industrial, commercial or other development of its lands, assets and other enterprises.

Il a pour objectif d’assurer aux habitants du pays des conditions de vie optimales par une mise en valeur harmonieuse et un développement durable de ses régions en valorisant leurs ressources respectives et en maintenant un équilibre structurel et économique entre elles.

The Act sets regulations concerning cadastral designation and registration. If a cadastral property is registered as a farming property, it will include added agricultural areas as well. The cadastral regulating authority is the Danish Geodata Agency.

La presente Ley del Estado de Durango tiene por finalidad definir la política del Estado para el campo, fortaleciendo el abasto y seguridad agroalimentarias, e impulsando el desarrollo rural en forma sustentable. A tal fin la Ley establece disposiciones para la planeación del desarrollo rural sustentable (Título Segundo), regulando la coordinación y concurrencia en esta materia entre el Gobierno estatal, el Gobierno federal y los Municipios.
