La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el procedimiento para la transferencia de recursos económicos por parte de los gobiernos autónomos municipales en conversión a autonomías indígenas originario campesinas, para la organización y administración de referendos aprobatorios de estatutos de autonomías indígenas originario campesinas.

Por la presente Ley se crea el Fondo Nacional de Colonización, el cual se destinará a la adquisición de tierras a ser colonizadas o a financiar créditos para dicha finalidad. La titularidad y disponibilidad del Fondo corresponde al Instituto Nacional de Colonización, de conformidad con lo establecido por la Ley Nº 18.187.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Peasant association shall be constituted by the regional administration by agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers in accordance with the proposition of district and city administration. At the moment of constitution of a peasant administration it shall be attributed denomination/name title”.

Article 349 of the Penal Code addresses the illegal acquisition of property and use rights of agricultural and silvicultural land. Persons eluding legal restrictions or prohibitions may be punished with one to five years of imprisonment.

This Regional Law regulates some issues related to turnover of agricultural land, including agricultural land parcels and agricultural land shares in common ownership of agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to agricultural land parcels allotted to citizens for subsidiary smallholding, gardening, horticulture and cattle breeding.

La présente loi met en exécution, entre autres, la loi fédérale du 4 octobre 1991 sur le droit foncier rural. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi vise à définir les règles d'application de la loi fédérale au plan cantonal et à désigner les autorités compétentes. Le texte comprend 24 articles répartis en 5 chapitres comme suit: Disposition générale (1er); Règles d'application (2); Autorités (3); Voies de droit (4); Dispositions finales (5).

This Regional Law regulates land tenure and land management and establishes plenary powers of public administration in this sphere. It establishes minimum and maximum land plot areas, pertaining to public and municipal land, that can be allotted in ownership to citizens for the following purposes: (a) for farming – from 5 to 300 ha; (b) for gardening – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (c) for horticulture – from 0,02 to 0,50 ha; (d) for animal husbandry – from 5 to 16 ha; and (e) for countryside housing construction – from 0,04 to 0,25 ha.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivo promover la preservación del uso de los terrenos dedicados a las actividades de producción primaria agrícola y pecuaria, en los que no se tomará en cuenta, para efectos de su valoración, la infraestructura agropecuaria y agroindustrial que posea dicho inmueble, al tenor de lo dispuesto en la Ley de Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles y sus reformas.

This Act makes provision with respect to small holdings i.e. any land or parcel of land with or without a dwelling house or other building erected or to be erected thereon not exceeding in all five acres in area let for agricultural purposes and of a specified maximum total value. The Act specifies the (contractual) rights of a tenant of a small holding including the use and enjoyment of all ground crops, plants, fruit trees or other trees. The Act also specifies rights of the landlord and provides with the resolution of disputes between the parties to any contract under this Act.

The Act amends the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 in relation with succession and rent review and the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 by adding a new provision to section 9 on the review of rent under limited duration tenancies.

The objectives of this Act aim at setting provisions for financial support of farmers through suitable loans and assistance for investments which may protect farmers' rights and enhance their benefits.

El objeto de esta Ley es promover el desarrollo rural sustentable del Estado de Sinaloa, mediante las siguientes bases: a) definir en el marco del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo y del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo las políticas para el desarrollo rural sustentable; b) establecer y delimitar la competencia del Estado y de los Municipios en materia de promoción del desarrollo rural sustentable; c) planear, ejecutar y evaluar de manera transversal programas y proyectos para el desarrollo rural sustentable; d) promover la concurrencia de los tres niveles de gobierno, instituciones, programas sectoria
