This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the Agriculture Reform, the following rural properties: Fazenda Angico, Fazenda Barro Branco, Fazenda Lamarãozinho e Outros, Fazenda Jequiriçá. El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de los planes de uso del suelo de los Departamentos de Chuquisaca, Beni, Potosí y Tarija.

This Chapter contains rules relative to the allocation of agricultural leases. The Chapter, among other things: concerns applications for a lease; prescribes criteria for the assessment of an application; prescribes the form of a lease; and require the Department of Agriculture to process applications and to determine the best agricultural use for land subject to lease. The Department shall also make periodic inspections of leased land.

The structural organization of county offices shall be determined in the Regulation of Organization and Operation. Offices operate on the basis of an annual plan and may aim at producing surplus.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de los artículos 2º, 3º, 4º, 5º y 12 de la Ley de conservación y protección de los suelos.
