This Act consists of 32 articles divided into the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Principles and Aims (II); Rights and Obligations (III); Planning, Utilisation and Control (IV); Spatial Layout Plan (V); Authority and Development (VI); Transitional Provision (VII); Closing Provisions (VIII).Spatial layout is "the structural manifestation and the utilisation pattern of the space, both planned and unplanned" (art. 1, point 2.).

La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Territorial General de Cataluña de conformidad con la Ley Nº 23/1983, de 21 de noviembre, de Política Territorial, que crea instrumentos flexibles de planeamiento y establece los objetivos y los criterios para la elaboración del plan territorial general.

El Estatuto de Autonomía de Castilla-La Mancha reconoce a la Junta de Comunidades competencia exclusiva en materia de agricultura y ganadería. This Act establishes a procedure for the preparation of a priority list of coastal wetlands restoration projects in Louisiana to provide for the long-term conservation of wetlands and dependent fish and wildlife populations. This priority list will be submitted annually to Congress. The Louisiana Coastal Wetlands Conservation and Restoration Task Force will prepare a restoration plan to identify coastal wetlands restoration projects. The Act specifies the plan's elements, modification, submission to Congress and evaluation for effectiveness.

This Act authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to participate in forest land management activities on Indian forest lands either directly or through contracts, cooperative agreements or grants under the Indian Self-Determination Act.

This Law consists of VII Sections that contain 43 articles. Section I (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Section II (arts. 9-15) regards state guarantees concerning foreign investments. La presente Ley se propone alcanzar el funcionamiento racional de los ecosistemas humanos y naturales en el ámbito del territorio de la Provincia de Tucumán. En particular persigue la preservación, conservación, defensa y recuperación de los ambientes degradados.

This Law, composed of eight articles, rules on native populations’ permanence in Conservation Units. The Law authorises the State Government to grant the right of using the occupied land to those native populations residing since over 50 years in Rio De Janeiro Conservation Units. The Law also requires native populations to actively participate in the preservation of the aforesaid units. To this end, the Law specifies forbidden activities, natural resources’ conservation duties as well as fines and penalties for non compliance.
