On October 5 at 15:00 Paris Time, Transparency International and WWF will host the fourth session of the land corruption working group with a focus on "land and environmental rights defenders in the context of land grabbing and large-scale land deals".

This session takes place in the frame of the Countering Environmental Corruption Practitioners Forum. It aims at getting a better understanding about how land corruption overlaps with the environmental sector and at generating better evidence including country and regional case studies.

Every two months, the Forum holds a session on a specific topic related to land corruption - this month will be focused on land and environmental defenders in the context of corruption and land grabbing.
