El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley provincial de protección del medio ambiente. Se establece que los principios, derechos y deberes estatuidos en la mencionada Ley, y las normas que en su consecuencia se dicten, son complementarios a los fines preceptuados en el artículo 41 de la Constitución Nacional, sin que su aplicación en el ámbito provincial pueda alterar la jurisdicción atribuida por la Constitución y las leyes al Estado Nacional.

This Act sets regulations related to the fertilization of soil in rural areas (soil conditioners, spraying, cultivation, etc.) which is not permitted in buffer zones of maximum 10 meters from the shores of open water courses and lakes with a surface area of more than 100 square meters (article 1). These regulations do not apply to land used for forestry, gardens or fish farming activities. The document is regulated by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.

The present Agreement - made under section 35 of the Constitutino of Canada - constitutes the full and final settlement in respect of the aboriginal rights, including aboriginal title, in Canada of Yale First Nation. For the purpose of the present Agreement “section 35 Rights of Yale First Nation” means the rights, anywhere in Canada, of Yale First Nation, that are recognized and affirmed by section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
