This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 20 articles and 16 Annexes, lays down details on: (a) the procedure of soil sampling; (b) the method and scope of agrochemical soil testing and the identification of soil properties of forest land; (c) keeping records on the consumption and use of fertilizers; (d) the method of processing the annual balance of nutrients and soil organic on agricultural land.

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and six Annexes, approves the Table of Classification of the Urban and Rural Land Uses and Activities of the Distrito Federal. In the Classification of Urban and Rural Uses and Activities of the Federal District, the activities are framed in the following uses: I - Urban: (A) residential as set out in Annex I; (B) as set out in Annex II; (C) industrial, as set out in Annex III; (D) institutional, as set out in Annex IV; (E) provision of services as set out in Annex V; II - Rural, as set out in Annex VI.

The purpose of these Measures is to prevent and control water and soil loss, protect and rationally utilize water and soil resources, reduce floods, droughts, wind and sand disasters, improve the ecological environment, build ecological security barrier, and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society. El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, respecto a la creación del Registro Especial Asociado de Concesiones o Contratos de Arrendamiento de Playones Nacionales para el Cultivo de Camarón, el cual está a cargo del Instituto de la Propiedad (IP), en el que debe inscribirse otorgamiento, modificación, cancelación, transmisión y gravamen de casa concesión; así mismo, debe inscribirse las mejoras actuales o futuras que los concesionarios efectúen en los predios otorgados en arrendamientos por el Estado (Artículo 6º).
