Le présent arrêté modifie certains articles de l’arrêté du 26 mai 2000 susvisé. Entre autres, le texte remplace l’article 2 établissant que le Ministre peut imposer à certains preneurs l'obligation de mentionner sur le document d'écoulement d'engrais le numéro de parcelle sur lesquelles les engrais seront épandus.

This Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, approves the standard rental contract model applicable to coastal land under maritime jurisdiction.

The Rules concern the growing, processing, purchase and marketing of coffee. They shall apply to all coffee growing in Kenya. Geographical restrictions are placed on the growing of (a type of) coffee. The Kenya Coffee Board, in granting licences under the Coffee Act, shall have regard to the potential benefits in terms of development that the granting of a licence may bring about.

This Regulation is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 entrusts the Ministry of Environment to cooperate with the concerned authorities for the protection of soil.

The purpose of the present Act is to consolidate Acts relating to agriculture and the marketing of agricultural products. Part II lays down provisions relating to agricultural associations which may be organized for any district. Their object shall be to improve agriculture and in general rural community life.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Coast Development Authority of Kenya and defines its powers, functions and internal organization. The Act consists of 17 sections divided into 5 Parts.The Coast Development Authority is established as a body corporate and shall be composed of Government officers, the Provincial Commissioner for the Coast Province (“Area”) and representatives of the area affected by the operations of the Authority. The Authority shall be responsible for the development of the Area and for this purpose shall draft a development plan.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que reglamenta el ámbito de aplicación del otorgamiento mediante la venta directa de tierras eriazas, estableciendo que en el caso del departamento de Lima, la incorporación del terreno al dominio del Estado se hará mediante resolución del Ministerio de Agricultura.

Enmienda: Decreto Supremo Nº 026-2003-AG ─ Reglamento de la Ley Nº 26505, en materia del otorgamiento de tierras eriazas. (2003-07-10)

El presente Decreto Supremo reglamenta el ámbito de aplicación del otorgamiento mediante la venta directa de tierras eriazas, conforme a la 2ª disposición complementaria de la Ley Nº 26.505, modificada por la Ley Nº 27.887, para fines de pequeña agricultura y que se hará sobre tierras eriazas de dominio del Estado con aptitud agropecuaria ubicadas fuera del ámbito de los Proyectos Especiales Hidroenergéticos.

The Act provides for the establishment of the Lake Basin Valley Development Authority as a body corporate and defines its powers, functions and internal organization.

The amendments of the Soil Protection are made in relation to a change in soil protection policy, regarding in particular the adjustment of soil restructuring aims, the soil restructuring procedure, the obligation of an owner or a heritage leaseholder of industrial premises and the financial aspects of soil restructuring.

This Decree implements provisions of the Soil Protection Act in relation to financial arrangements for soil restructuring projects of public authorities and subsidies to "third parties", i.e. an owner or heritage leaseholder of industrial premises and the financial aspects of soil restructuring.

This Decree provides, in the framework of the coordination of the new soil restructuring policy, for rules relative to "uniform restructuring" in the sense of section 39f of the Soil Protection Act. The Decree prescribes how this kind of restructuring shall be carried out and requires the restructuring to be reported to the competent authority. The operator shall also carry out an a valuation report after completion of the restructuring.
