Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 2 décembre 2008 sur l’aménagement du territoire et les constructions. L’article 1er établit que lorsqu’un projet de planification ou de construction nécessite des décisions émanant de plusieurs autorités, l’autorité compétente pour rendre la décision principale est chargée de la coordination des procédures.
La présente loi porte réglementation du territoire et des constructions. L’article 1er établit qu’elle a pour but de contribuer à la création d’un cadre favorable à l’épanouissement de la vie individuelle, familiale, économique et sociale. Elle tend à assurer notamment: a) l’aménagement rationnel du territoire et l’utilisation judicieuse du sol; b) le développement harmonieux du canton, des régions et des localités; c) la sauvegarde des sites et des bâtiments dignes d’intérêt; d) l'utilisation rationnelle de l’énergie; e) la sécurité, la salubrité et l’esthétique des constructions.
The present Law implements the Federal Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of the Federal Soil Act. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competences (I); Supplementary cantonal legislation (II); Procedures ; penalties (III); Final provisions (IV).
This Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law. For these provisions agricultural land means land that is suitable for agricultural production, other than building land and water and land for other purposes. The agricultural land includes all land abandoned, not designated as forest under the Forest Act.
This Act, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down provisions concerning establishment, duties, responsibilities, rights and liabilities of the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund was set up with the purpose of managing and disposing of farmland, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund implements the Slovene farmland policy and with due prudence manages the trading with this land.
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 27 articles, regulates the consolidation of agricultural land. These provisions apply to agricultural land and also to forests, vacant building land and other land and facilities on these lands which are located outside the settlement areas which are not regulated and their regulation is not provided with municipal spatial plans.
