This State Standard has been set by Technical Committee (TK 09) on ecology and has been registered by the Decision No. 006 of the Collegium of the State Committee for Standardisation, Metrology and Patent. This State Standard is authentic translation of ISO 10381-5:2005 Soil quality -- Sampling -- Part 5: Guidance on the procedure for the investigation of urban and industrial sites with regard to soil contamination. The initial inspection shall be in 2020 to determine the requirements of the standard to comply with the international standards, norms, rules and recommendations.

Le présent arrêté fixe les conditions d’obtention des autorisations de réalisation des opérations d’urbanisme ci-après: le lotissement; la division parcellaire; l’opération concertée d’extension urbaine; la réhabilitation urbaine; la restructuration urbaine; la restauration urbaine; la rénovation urbaine.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 18.308 en tema de ordenamiento territorial y desarrollo sostenible. Las disposiciones se refieren en particular al proceso de elaboración de instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial y al dictamen de viabilidad territorial.

This Decree validates the rates of maximum permissible rates of concentration of oil in land and soil as follows: (a) for urban land, land of subsidiary smallholding cooperatives, forest land, land of public water fund, agricultural land, environmental protection, recreational land and land of historical and cultural heritage 50 mg/kg; and (b) industrial land, transport, communications, energy, defence and other categories of land 100 mg/kg.

The purpose of these Regulations is to rationally develop urban planning and strengthen the management of urban planning. The Regulations consist of 33 Articles divided into 5 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; preparation and approval of urban planning; development of new urban districts and the rebuilding of the old areas; legal liability and supplementary provisions.The Regulations provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

Le présent décret modifie et complète les dispositions de l'article 33 du décret n° 2008/739/PM du 23 avril 2008 fixant les règles d'utilisation du sol et de la construction. Ces différentes modifications portent sur le permis de construire et son affichage et sa conformité.

El presente Decreto introduce normas reglamentarias de la Ley Nº 18.308 en lo que respecta a los instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial y desarrollo sostenible, con particular atención a los efectos de la entrada en vigor de dichos instrumentos y a las condiciones generales que deben establecer.

The National Environmental Strategy and Action Plan is a sectoral national strategy document of Iraq. It applies for the period of 2013-2017.

This Regional Law validates general land-use planning scheme of the city of Moscow with a view of ensuring sustainable development, reaching high standards of living of the population (including improvement of public health), improvement of urban environment and conservation of historical and cultural heritage. Sustainability shall be ensured by introduction of ecofriendly processes, methods and technologies, environmental security of urban areas, performance of ecological improvement arrangements and ensuring ecological, sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.
