Les dispositions de la présente loi s'appliquent aux baux ruraux concernant toutes les terres à vocation agricole. Elles fixent la durée du bail (3 ans minimum renouvelable), les obligations du preneur et les modalités de fixation du loyer, et prévoient des encouragements aux investissements dans les terres agricoles cédées en location.

The objective of this Law is to establish privitization of state-owned and municipal property. The Privatization Commission is established for the purpose of this Act and shall approve privatization programmes as well as control their implementation. Article 5 refers to the powers of the Privatization Agency that shall prepare privatization programmes as well as determine the method, terms and conditions of privatization. Privatization methods include public subscription for shares, public auction, open tenders, direct sale and leases with options to buy (art. 16).

This Act amends the Land Titles Act (Chapter 157, 1994). Unregistered land of whatever tenure may be registered upon application to the registrar (sect. 19). The amendment includes detailed provisions on leases (sect. 24) and titles. There are consequential amendments to Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (sect. 66).

The Government, for the purpose of securing the rights of the owners of land shares and property shares in agricultural commercial enterprises which members have voluntarily agreed to re-organise them, as well as for the purpose of regulating certification of the right of property and property transactions, decrees to validate Recommendations on preparation and issue of certificates on the right to land shares and property shares and Recommendations on the modalities of management of land shares and property shares.

First deputy chief of the Committee orders the Chiefs of district administrations, in case of carrying out mapping on location to perform re-registration, legalisation and issue of the legal documents (certificate of land ownership, certificate of life-long inheritance, certificate of open-ended (permanent use of land, lease contract) to the physical persons on the plots of land conceded for individual housing and summer cottage construction if the measures resulting from land survey differs (excess or shortage) of the total area no more than 10%. These Regulations provide various forms for purposes of the Land Act and Regulations made thereunder. They may, with approval of the Commissioner, Registrar or other authorized officer be modified, adopted, altered according to the circumstances. Forms are divided into 7 groups: Management and Administration (A); Granted right of occupation (B); Mortgage (C); Leases (D); Easements (E); Co-occupancy (F); Miscellaneous (G).

The amendments include changes to provisions concerning damage to premises or amenities and the Common Amenities Board. Where the Commissioner directs the Common Amenities Board shall repair any damage to any premises or restore and repair any facility that was previously provided for the tenant.

The Government of Moscow decrees to validate the Table of average land charges for the tenancy right to the plot of land in Moscow, the modalities of their application and the Provisional methodology of calculation of land charges for the tenancy right to the plot of land.

The Government of Moscow, for the purpose of more efficient use of land, decrees to consider proceedings of the registration and inventory of land tenants a priority issue for the city of Moscow. The Government of Moscow decrees to entitle the prefectures of administrative districts and managing bodies to render Moscow land committee assistance in carrying out the set task.

The Regulation is composed of 9 sections, i.e. Name of Regulation (1); Commencement (2); Definition (3); Notes (4); Awards (5); Remuneration of arbitrators and members of arbitration committees (6); Application of Commercial Arbitration Act 1984 (7); Repeal (8) and Savings and transitional provisions (9).

Land reserves in the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be divided in accordance with their designated purpose into the following categories: 1) lands of agricultural designation; 2) lands of residential areas (cities, towns, settlements and rural residential areas); 3) lands used for industry, transport, communications, defence and other non-agricultural purposes; 4) lands of specially protected territories, lands of health rehabilitating, recreational, historical and cultural designation; 5) lands of the forest reserve; 6) lands of the forest reserve; 7) lands of the reserve.

The Government, for the purpose of speeding-up of the reform of housing and municipal services, as well as for more active participation of the population in the process of the improvement of urban planning, decrees to validate the Regulation. The document determines the modalities of definition of size and boundaries of the plots of land within condominiums conceded on condition of ownership or lease to the house-owners or condominiums.
