This Decree establishes the modalities of allotment of land plots of area up to 1, 0 ha on conditions of permanent (open-ended) land tenure through tenders for performance of entrepreneurial activities. It shall be applicable to industrial land areas and non-agricultural land. It contains information related to the modalities of organization of tenders and information of the applicants of available land plots.

The Act is divided into six Parts as follows: Preamble (1); Ownership (2), divided into the following chapters: General rules (I), State ownership (II), Cooperative ownership (III), Private ownership (IV), Special rules concerning acquisition of land; Use of Land (3), divided into the following chapters: Joint use with a farmers' agricultural cooperative (VII), Indemnification in case of certain rights of use of public interest. Part 4 deals with the exchange of land (X), Land/estate reallocation (XI).

Mediante esta Ley se establece un régimen de regulación y registro de transferencias de tierras a extranjeros, como así también un Registro de Productores Agropecuarios y Propietarios de Inmuebles Rurales. La Ley atribuye prioridad de opción de compra o adquisición al Estado Provincial, a los efectos de proteger el medio ambiente por medio de la utilización racional de los recursos naturales, y preservar el patrimonio natural y cultural y la diversidad biológica.

This Regulation implements the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988 by setting the values of the fees prescribed under the Act.

This Act makes provision for a wide variety of matters relating to land tenure and reform in Lesotho including the definition of rights in land, allocation of land in rural areas, grant of title in land, vesting of land in authorities, government acquisitions and acquisition and expropriation of land for public purpose, grant of long-term leases and regularization and adjudication of title in land, including resolution of disputes by specialized land courts established under this Act. All land in Lesotho is vested in the Basotho Nation and is held in trust by the King.

This Decree establishes special legal status and the modalities of allotment of plots of land to the participants of special industrial zones. The aforesaid land plots shall be transferred on condition of temporary land tenure for the period of 30 years, i.e. for the period of functioning of industrial zones as stated by decrees and other decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Infrastructure and production sites shall be located on site in accordance with land-use planning schemes.

This Act empowers the Minister of Transport of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to acquire, hold and dispose of land and interests in land in the The Bahamas. Notwithstanding the provisions of any Act all lands and interests in land described in the Schedule to this Act are hereby vested in the Minister of Transport.

This Act concerns the abolition on certain restrictions concerning trusts and provides rules for the creation in Nauru of a trust in perpetuity or for any lesser duration. This Act shall not apply to any settlement, disposition or trust of any land or of any interest in any land where such land is situated in Nauru.
