This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Policy. Federal Committee on Land Policy (GOSKOMZEM) is the Federal Authority that coordinates interministerial activity of the issues pertaining to the sphere of land relationship, functional regulation in this field, including the keeping up of land cadastre, valuation of land, land survey , state control over the use of land and the soil protection. Federal Committee on Land Policy has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level.

This Act establishes rules on electronic spatial data infrastructure operated and made available to the public. It includes metadata, spatial data sets, network services and network technologies, agreements on access and use as well as provision of spatial data sets, coordination and monitoring mechanisms, processes and procedures.This Act contains provisions implementing parts of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2007/2/EC of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).

Article 11.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the area with identified objects of cultural heritage therein shall be validated by the district institution competent in the sphere of protection of cultural heritage. Data related to the aforesaid boundaries must contain textual description and graphic mapping”.

La presente Resolución delega la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo en la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH), y delega en el Servicio Geológico Colombiano las funciones relacionadas con el conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo colombiano, excepto las delegadas a la ANH. This Act consists of 40 sections and is divided into seven Parts: Preliminary; Public surveys; Registration of surveyors; Entry to land for survey purposes; Offences; The Board of Surveying and Spatial Information and Miscellaneous. The Act repeals the Surveyors Act 1929 and related instruments and makes consequential amendments to other Acts. The Act provides for the constitution and functions of the Board of Surveyors and Spatial Information.

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping of cadastre through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, as well as their waters.

The present Regulations are made under the Planning and Development Act 2007, the Land Titles Act, 2000 and the Land Surveys Act, 2000.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Cartographic and Geodetic Service shall be authorized state institution performing state cartographic, topographic, geodetic work and services.

This Act consists of 21 Articles. It establishes the legal basis for activity in the sphere of land survey and cartography. Objects of land surveying and cartographic activity are the national territory, continents of the terrestrial globe and World Ocean, including islands, outer space, including planets and the products of land surveying and cartographic activity.

The present Ordinance implements, amongst others, the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007.
