This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out veterinary and sanitary arrangements in accordance with veterinary norms and standards that are compulsory for all natural and legal persons. Veterinary arrangements shall be intended complex of antiepizootic measures and procedures aimed at protection of animal health, prevention and liquidation of the outbreak of animal diseases. Agricultural animals must be kept clinically healthy and comply with basic physiological indices in accordance with veterinary recommendations and regulations.

This Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for sustainable management of pastures and regulates relations concerning rational management and protection of pastures, improvement of ecological, economic and resource potential thereof.

The Minister may require persons who are described in section 6 to apply for a certificate of residence under section 7. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority established under section 4 may restrict or prohibit residence in accordance with provisions of section 8. Part III concerns the control of cultivation and grazing in the conservation area for purposes of soil protection and other protection of natural resources. (24 sections completed by 3 Schedules)

This Law amends the Law No. 5403 on Soil Preservation and Land Utilization and the Law No. 4342 on pastures.This Law adds two new clauses (f) and (g) to Article. 13 of the Law No. 5403 on the use of agricultural lands other than agricultural purposes. The new clauses set forth agticultural lands may be used for renewable energy production purposes and geothermal greenhouse investments. The Law also repeals Provisional Article. 3 and adds a new provisional article to the above mentioned Law No. 5403. This Law further makes amendments in the Law No. 4342 by adding two new clauses to Article.

The present Ordinance implements the Carinthia Wood and Pasture Exploitation Law (LGBl. Nr. 15/2003). The text – consisting of 6 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: divisions of wood and pasture, feedstuff used in pastures and condition of soil in pasture.

This Act provides rules relative to good agricultural practice and in particular rules for the use of agricultural land and aiming at its development and preservation. Furthermore, the Act provides for administrative instruments to ensure a sound agricultural development and the marketing of agricultural products.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for application of payment of fees for use of pastures (except for grazing in public forest and in protected areas) pertaining to state ownership. The scope shall be to form standard approach in fixing payment of fees for use of pastures depending upon the number of livestock and animal species authorized for grazing. The mount of fees shall be fixed annually with the consideration of optimal pressure upon a unit of pasture. Annual grazing plans shall be validated by local government.

The Strategy for the Development of the Forestry and Pastures Sector in Albania is a national strategy with a sectoral approach, whose objectives are: a) protection of forests, pastures and biodiversity; b) encouragement and maintenance of the sustainable management of forests and pastures; c) consolidation of linkages with the market economy; d) involvement of local stakeholders and users in the development of the forestry sector; e) institutional and legal reform of the forestry sector at national and local level.

La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale de Bouârfa (province de Figuig). Cette zone s’étend sur l’ensemble du territoire de la Commune rurale de Bouarfa, à l’exception des terrains domaniaux et des terres agricoles appartenant à des particuliers.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Hadra des Sraghna (commune rurale de Maïat, cercle d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna, province d'EI-Kelâa-des-Sraghna).La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle.Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux autorités administratives locales.
